The aim of my diploma thesis is the solution of nursing house in Hovězí. Three floored building is without cellar in the shape of rectangle and its size is 36,045 x 16,295m. Structural system is made from bricks specifically acoustic bricks Porotherm AKU Z. The saddle roof is from wooden trusses, roofing material is made from metal sheet with rake angle 12°. Basis of the building is ferroconcrete and concrete.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is design new single - family house in Brno - Soběšice, street Habrová. The house is designed for four - member family. Abstract Topic of this bachelors work is detached house with workshop in council Lhotky u Malotic. House is designed for 4-6 member family. Structure is without basement with one above ground floor, attic and loft. Workshop and garage are separate connected with main building by fence wall. Desing is based on traditional czech village architecture. Main living rooms are situated to the south part of garden. Land is availiable from distant local road. Vertical load bearing structure is mansory. Horizontal load bearing structures are from traditional timber beam ceiling. Staircase is cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof is classical saddle. Project was done in computer program ArchiCAD.
Detached house with a travel agency in Vyškov

Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the processing of project documentation of a detached house with travel agency. The building has three floors and basement under part of the construction. Travel agency is located on the ground floor with disposition built separately from residential part and its own entrance. The basement of the residential part consists of cellars and fitness room. On the ground floor is situated garage, workroom and storage of gardening tools and furniture with the back entrance to the residential part. There are two apartments in the building one on the second and one on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.
FAMILY HOUSE IN RYCHNOV NAD KNĚŽNOU

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

The subject of master thesis is new building of mixed-use building in the cadastral area Brno city part Černá Pole in a row of residential buildings. The building is designed with five storeys with one underground and 4 aboveground floors. The property is located in a sloping terrain. There are garages with a capacity of 18 parking spaces in underground floor and a technical room. On the first floor there are business premises and the background of the apartment building. From the second to fourth floor there are flats. The main entrance to the building is north-facing.

On the second and third floor is 14 guest rooms with social rooms. On the first floor is: pram room, bicycle/ski room, reception, utility rooms, wellness, restaurant, kitchen. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling constructions are from prestressed panels. The house is designed on sloping terrain from south to north.
