Constructive-technological project of building polyfunktion house locality Nova Nitra
Malý, Filip ; Ing.Lumír Kliš (referee) ; Diaz, Yvetta (advisor)
The content of this thesis is the construction project of technological multifunctional building new locality Nitra the Slovak Republic. Individual points outline the project, which are dealt with in this thesis can be divided into subcategories, depending on the type of information provided. The first category can include items such as a technical report to the STP, which describes the basic information about the objects constructed building including the construction situation, location of the site including links to transport and technical infrastructure and rough timetable for the construction of all buildings. The second category can include no specific calculation and optimization outputs such as itemized budget polyfunctional house SO-07.03, drawing of the site including all buildings proposed site and their economic evaluation, sizing of utilities for supplying water and electricity construction site, design of building machines and mechanisms including determining the time of deployment, technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic roof structure, including financial balance sheets prepared by the deployment of slab formwork. The last category included in the thesis are legislative requirements that must be observed and kept in the course of the construction plan is constructed as a safety and health at work, including security risks drawn up, inspection and testing schedule for monolithic construction and a list of environmental risks that may arise during implementation.
Conversion of a wheel excavator to work on the railway superstructure
Dohnal, Roman ; Lžičař, Roman (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Diploma thesis discusses a design of a rail equipment that provides a rail capapility to a classic excavator. Strenght calculation using FEM method and data evaluation is included in. A concept of structure alterations is provided as a result of calculation. Evaluation of compliance with measures of rail operation is also present.
Screenig shovel for construction and demolition waste
Běluša, Jiří ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis contains design of a screening bucket used as an attachment for an excavator. Research section consists of construction and demolition waste sorting process, recycling options and design examples of screening buckets. Next part of the thesis includes own design of a screening bucket, calculations and finite element analysis using a computer program.
Design of excavator
Brza, Lukáš ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
The design of the excavator follows requirements of machines for demolition work. The excavator is equipped with an innovative type of under carriage, which not only increases mobility over the demolition sites but also the visibility from the driver’s cabin. The components of the excavator, that improve the demolition work, are special types of tracks, suspensions and articulated steering. Tracks can change their shape to increase the stability and also to adapt to the diff erent types of ground. The suspensions with tracks are able to adapt to the terrain thereby they lighten the asperity. Suspension can also tilt or even raise the excavator and thereby increase the angle of visibility from the cabin. This function is necessary mainly when taking down higher constructions. Articulated steering is a new function that has never been used for excavators. This steering was chosen due to fl exible movement over demolition sites. The main aim of the project is to create a new design of the excavator, but more importantly to distinguish the excavator from the excavators already on the market, with regards to its esthetics and under carriage innovation.
Drop hammer for driving spindle
Svatoš, Ivo ; Vepřek, Milan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Thesis deal with design of drop-hammer and especially its carriage (frame) for direction equipment for driving various thin-walled profiles in civil engineering. The entire drop- hammer is used as an additional adapter for construction machine. The first part of thesis contains design options, description of chosen option, including principles of work with drop- hammer. It also contains the calculation which are important for design of parts of drop- hammer, frame strese analysis by computer software, the approximate production coast of drop-hammer and summary of the parameters of the final product. The annexes contains the specified drawings and examples of 3D models of assemblies.
Hydrostatické systémy stavebních strojů pro zemní práce
Fajstl, Karel
This bachelor's thesis is about description of the hydrostatic systems of construction machinery used for earthworks. The work is divided into four main parts. The first part de-scribes the development of hydraulics mechanisms of construction machinery. In the second part, an analysis of the design solutions of individual hydrostatic systems of hydraulic exca-vators is carried out, while the individual hydraulic circuits used to drive the drive, the rotat-ing mechanism of the uppercariage and the working mechanism of the excavator are pre-sented. In this section, control elements, pumps and motors used in hydraulic excavator drives are also discussed in more detail. In the third part, the problem of diagnostic methods of parts of hydraulic systems is presented. The final part of the work is devoted to emerging modern trends in the field of hydrostatic systems of construction machinery.
Tilting head for mini excavators
Zámečník, Stanislav ; Sojka, Michal (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of the tilting hitch intended for mini-excavators. This thesis includes a critical research of similar devices. Based on this research, there is a custom design of tilting hitch with tilting using linear hydraulic motors created. Furthermore, all necessary calculations of the main parts and strength analysis of the supporting structure are carried out and drawing documentation is created. This diploma thesis was developed in cooperation with the company STAVES s.r.o..
The study of leveling systems for construction machines
Sedlařík, Ondřej ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Urbánek, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals in the first part with the research analysis of leveling systems. Leveling systems are divided according to the number of working levels and the type of working signal. Subsequently, individual types are described more in detail considering to function and use. The next part deals with an overview of manufacturers of leveling systems and their products on the european market. The table comparsion was made of main parametres of leveling systems based on the previous overview. Finally, the leveling systems were valuated based on table values.

Undercarriage of the tracked excavators and dozers
Hampl, Pavel ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the tracked undercarriage of excavators and dozers. The first part defines basic information about the tracked excavators and dozers. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current concept of the tracked undercarriage of excavators and dozers.
