Possibilities of increasing the throughput of optical fiber industrial networks
Čičmanský, Tomáš ; Münster, Petr (referee) ; Filka, Miloslav (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with problems of industrial networks using optical fiber as the main transmission lines. The task of the diploma work is to study and summarize the issues of industrial networks as well as the ways to increase their transmission capacity. In telecommunications and computer networks are generally used multiplexes, thanks to which we are able to achieve the desired transmission capacity. Consequently, the following work deals with the selection of the adequate solutions using described multiplexes as well as other transmission methods. The aim of the diploma work is to compare various renovation techniques of an old industrial network. Using this network as an example the work should demonstrate the individual problems and their solutions while considering different types of methods used. Based on the price, the performance and the difficulty to install other devices and transmission media we are able to select the appropriate solution for optical link.

The aim of this master’s thesis Control of one servo-drive of three-axis rotary table is to develop a real-time motion control solution for the commercially available servo drives on the base of perspective solution available in the industry and the implementation of the chosen solution. The project includes the description of the current solution for the rotary table control, the description of suitable on the market available controllers, the rotary table control design for two selected controllers, the designed model on the base of identificated parameters of DC engine, the design of current, velocity and position regulators for the servo drive control, the servo drive control implementation by two selected controllers ESCON and EPOS2, the servo drive control function verification and the evaluation of achieved results.
Vibration system control through embedded system
Genčanský, David ; Stehlík, Jiří (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The importance of vibration and vibration tests is increasingly relevant given th growing number of mobile electronic devices. This thesis descibes the design of control vibrating shaker table, which is an essential element for vibration testing. At the beginning is an initial look on the problematics of vibration, vibration test and influences of vibrations on electronic components, solder joints and other parts uses in microelectronics. Provides insight to the principles of vibration measurement and controlling system used in industry. The workplace is designed for testing and measuring of vibrations. The workplace designed and developed in the LabVIEW enviroment based on CompactRIO platform.
Control and visualization of sewage treatment plant
Monček, Matej ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The theme of this bachelor thesis was to introduce with wastewater treatment plant issue and design adequate control system. There is short historical overview in the introduction and acquaintance with reason of creation the specific issue. Which is wastewater treatment plant. In the next parts is description of water treatment, technological analysis acquaint with technological base and used Technologies and preliminary design of graphical and functional parts of control program SIMATIC S7-300.
Educating model for mechatronics: model development and fast USB communication
Formánek, Martin ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Appel, Martin (advisor)
Druhá časť je venovaná hardwaru zariadenia, medzi čo patrí voľba vhodného motoru, návrh vhodných elektronických komponentov, návrh dosiek plošných spojov a taktiež mechanickej konštrukcie celého zariadenia. Kombinácia navrhnutých hardwarových a softwarových prvkov umožňuje jednoduchú cestu k zlepšeniu vedomostí študentov v oblastiach programovania, riadenia a modelovaní sústav. Pre tieto účely je práca rozšírená o pracovný list, ktorý dopĺňa navrhnuté zariadenie o sadu experimentálnych úloh, zameraných na vybrané mechatronické problémy.
Evaluation of Quality of the Construction Site
Kramárová, Annamária ; Smital, Petr (referee) ; Tichý, Zdeněk (advisor)
The objective of my Bachelors project is to design improvements for directing and quality control of build structures. Methods for quality control are described in the theory part. Methods for quality control, analysis of the norm ČSN EN IS 9001:2009, product and build structure requirements are described in the theory part. In the practical part the analysis of directives for assessment, comparison of these directives with a concrete order and suggestions for improvements can be found.
Financing of Development Project
Opatovská, Lucia ; Kocourková, Gabriela (referee) ; Vítková, Eva (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the Financing of developer project. The theoretical section concentrates on the characteristics and development of the construction industry. I describe developers, their activities and types of developer projects. Additionally, I look at the possibilities of financing and managing these projects. In the practical section, I present a developer project, its individual parts and finally describe the method of its financing.
Magnetically levitated cart
Jančuš, Rastislav ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis is summarizing common theoretical knowledge about permanent magnets and electromagnetism. Represent DC electromagnet as basic part for levitated high-speed train. Work is analyzing basics under cart and principles used for magnetic levitation in high-speed transportation. Second practice part including projecting construction levitated cart and analyzing acquired mathematical model of electromagnet. Work is analyzing process for projecting control for side electromagnets and realization real model, including tuning computer communication with states of sensors and comparison real model with model simulated in program Simulink.
Bin picking of non-oriented components using a parallel manipulator
Novák, David ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Štěpánek, Vojtěch (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the design of sorting unoriented components using a parallel manipulator. In the literature review section, it describes machine vision methods and important aspects when selecting a suitable camera for machine vision, which will be used for robot navigation. This section also discusses robot programming methods and describes possible approaches to programming robot movement. The practical part includes the design of the fourth axis of a delta manipulator in the NX Siemens environment, which allows for the orientation of manipulated objects. The software section presents the design of PLC control in the TwinCAT3 program. In this environment, functionalities for inverse kinematics, trajectory planning, image processing, and HMI for robot operation are utilized. Furthermore, a functional model was created in the virtual NX MCD environment, which communicated with TwinCAT3 via an OPC server.
Controlled Landing of an Autonomous Drone
Hraško, Andrej ; Barták, Roman (advisor) ; Obdržálek, David (referee)
The goal of this work is to develop and implement a desing for the most appropriate method allowing autonomous landing of the quadrocopter on a heliport with a visible pattern. This work includes an analysis dedicated to finding the best pattern for the designated landing area and the most reliable way to identify this pattern in an image taken from the camera of quadrocopter. The work explains the different ways of controlling devices as dynamic systems and implements algorithms for navigation of the quadrocopter to the target. The achieved results are verified by documented experiments. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
