Development of an Application for Generating Reports from Flat Register
Sedlák, Marek ; Olejník, Michal (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes development of an application, that can be used to generate reports from information system Ucetnictvi, specifically Flat register, in the form of a Microsoft Excel table. It outlines the process of development in the Microsoft Visual C# Express IDE and highlights the benefits of its usage.
Helping tool for AVR microcontrollers programming in C language
Ševčík, Radek ; Dřínovský, Jiří (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
This article describes AVR Wizard programme that was developed for AVR Studio. This software simpliefies microcontrollers (MCUs) programming in a way of general peripheries settings and registers settings for varied MCUs. AVR Wizard is able to generate C language-based MCU main programme structure with chosen settings. User-friendly handling and no longer detailed studies of MCU datasheets are also main advantage.
CNC turning of shaped stainless steel parts.
Vostřel, Jan ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on a CNC turning operation of form parts made of stainless steels. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on a theoretical analysis of stainless steels material characteristics. The second part is focused on a concept of experiment of complex form experimental stainless steel components. In this thesis the new CNC technology is defined in a new operation system Sinumerik 840D/ShopTurn V06.04 with an application for a new multi-purpose turning centre SP280SY. The final part comprehends technical documentation, CNC programs of shaped components, their verification and overall photographic documentation.
Programming CNC machines with digital control system Fanuc.
Tkáčová, Alena ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The theme of this bachelor thesis focuses on the CNC-programming, which is currently used in many branches of the machine industry. The theme is elaborated and divided into well-arranged chapters. The first part deals with the development of the control system of cutting machines, beginning with the hard automatization and ending with the computer-controlled cutting machines. In the second part there is described the general control system Fanuc including the machine description. The third part contains the application of the real cutting procedure - with the NC program for turning and milling of the sample component in a certain company.
Possibilities for programming CNC lathe SP280SY.
Vondrák, Jan ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelors thesis is devoted on the shop oriented programming parts with numerical controlling system Sinumerik 840D. The first part includes analysis possibility shop oriented turning. Next part includes program of designed rotary part in ShopTurn with description used technology and graphic compare with programming in contours editor EMCO WinNC in system Sinumerik 840D and quantifier differences reach mechanical times at application instrumental equipment two producers. Final part includes technical documentation of designed rotary part and instrumental equipment.
Coupling of images
Bárnet, Lukáš ; Číp, Pavel (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The Diploma thesis is concerned with coupling of images. In the first part theoretical bases necessary for successful fulfilling of the assignment are described. The second part deals with the procedures that lead to composition of the jigsaw puzzle. The last part concentrates on controlling the program. The aim of the thesis is to propound an algorithm for solving a puzzle.
Programming of CNC milling machine FV25 CNC A / Heidenhain iTNC 530
Benda, Tomáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
Analyse method of programming usable for controlling system Heidenhain iTNC 530 with machine FV 25 CNC. Use the real workpieces resolution from author this thesis in firm STM Stanislav Musil, generation NC programs and compare method of programming for used workpieces.
Sinumerik 840D control system for programming of blanks for gear manufacturing
Havlát, Pavel ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the use of the Sinumerik 840D control system for programming of blanks for gear manufacturing. The first part of the thesis is focused on analysis of machinability of the material followed by experimental testing of machinability of material 16MnCr5. An experimental evaluation of the effect of cutting parameters was carried out to force load of semi roughing cutting tool CoroTurn 300. In the next part of the thesis there is a technical documentation of gearing parts, for which a NC program is created. Finally, the possibilities of using the Sinumerik 840D control system are listed and demonstrated by workshop-oriented programming of the considered components for the SP 280 SY turning center.
Medical Robotics
Vehicle Kinematics and Dynamics Simulations
Zháňal, Lubor ; Bauer, František (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This paper focuses on the kinematic and dynamic numerical simulation of mechanisms by applying a numerical method, and a complex simulation programme built on it, developed by the author. Described are mathematical principles of the numerical method used and also the programming progression of the important parts of the application and its optimization. The final part includes comparative measuring of the accuracy and performance.
