Production of wing rib

The thesis presents a proposal of production of a molded part from the aluminum alloy of group 2024 (dural). Based on the theoretical study and the requirements of the company was designed a cutting tool with a rounded edge for cutting the unfolded shape of the part on the eccentric press LEN 40 C. A new forming tool from textite material for fluid press Quintus QFC was designed. The parts of the cutting tool were designed primarily from normalized (purchased) parts. Manufactured punch and shearing die are made of commonly available tool steels and processed on the attached drawings. The result of the thesis is a recommendation to invest in a specialized workplace for the production of a unfolded shape and reduction of laboriousness adjusting after forming.
Optimization of the process of pressing balls into the injector body

This thesis is focused on a pressing station as a part of the assembly line in the Bosch Diesel plant in Jihlava. The station provides sealing of a hole in the injector body by ball pressing in. By using several tests the thesis finds out a reason of large amount of waste pieces, checks how can pressing-speed change or lubricant change infuence the pressing process itself and compares capabilities of hydrolic vs. electric pressing machine.
Design of pressing machines for manifold assembly of condensers in car air-conditioning unit

The diploma thesis deals with the design of pressing machines for manifold assembly of condensers in the car air-conditioning unit. The problem of the current assembling process is its inefficiency. Semi-automated assembly using pneumatic pressing machines eliminates this problem. In the theoretical part the air-conditioning components, current state of assembly and calculating base of pressing are described. In the practical part the test of pressing force was conducted. Based on this test, the design of four pneumatic pressing machines was accomplished. In the final part of the work, evaluation of the whole project is provided.
Optimalization of parts bonded by hot crimping

The thesis describes the procedure for verifying the conceptual ideas of the company. Design and production of prototypes, testing and evaluation, quantifying savings. Two variants of crimped bond were chosen. For each was length of shaft changed to three and four crimped grooves. These prototypes were tested in two static and one dynamic tests. Recommendation for company is continue with other phases of development for shaft with four grooves.
Optimization of painting process

Control of the pneumatic press

This thesis deals with the creation of the control program according to the standard 88. Document contains a brief description of the security features of the model of the pneumatic press. It also focuses on the description of the standard 88 and its subsequent implementation on the pneumatic model. Next part of this document describes the development environment FactoryTalk Batch, which will be used for batch control. The next is a description of the phases formed in RSLogix 5000, configures and recipe created in the FactoryTalk Batch software. The last point is the creation a product for pressing and stamping.

This project wrought in terms of bachelor studies program 2307 submits a proposal of technology of production internal thread in thin-walled components. Selection of technology is done on the basis of three basic methods evaluation – welding nuts, riveting nuts and thermal shaping. On the basis of literary studies the optimal application is proposed. There is reduced choice of tools and assembly equipment used only for one type of technology. The choice of fastening parts material is possible done in conformity with product material, thread strength according to whole construction or design engineer choice. For proper choice of technology there are technical data sheets of fastening parts and description of thread mechanical properties.
Production of a Printing Machine Waste Track

Řešenou součástí je část kanálu pro odpadové odstřižky tiskařského stroje. Relativně jednoduchá součást vhodná k výrobě tvářením za studena. Diplomová práce navrhuje zhotovení komponenty lisováním. Po shrnutí základních teorií dále navrhuje varianty výroby. Pro vybranou sestavuje technologický postup a navrhuje kroky tváření. Návazně odvozuje návrh konstrukce postupového nástroje. V neposlední řadě se věnuje ekonomickému vyhodnocení výroby, ročnímu výrobnímu množství a vypočítává bod zvratu pro dané řešení.
Rozměrová stabilizace lisovaných dřevěných dílců

This diploma thesis deals with wood plasticization using microwave (MW) radiation for wood densification purposes. In this work, the literary sources of the investigated issue were summarized. The experiment was carried out on test samples of white poplar (Populus alba) with dimensions of 190 x 40 x 30 mm. Microwave plasticization was carried out by passing through a microwave laboratory line at a power of 1.5 kW and a conveyor speed of 0.1 m/min. After plasticization, the test samples were compacted in compression molds by a press by 50%. The compacted test samples were stabilized in compression molds at a temperature of 103°C for 7 days. Using heat modification at 180°C and 200°C improved moisture resistance and reduced swelling. The samples were subjected to density profile analysis to evaluate the plasticization quality.

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of processing grapes in presses used in contemporary wineries. The main part is focused on pneumatic presses, their equipment, funktion, technical parameters and modern trends. The work contains an overwiew of press manufacturers operating on the Czech market with model lines of their products. In the practical part, proposals are developer according to capacity and other parameters for equipping three types of wineries with new pneumatic presses, and in its conclusion is an evaluation of the survey of the current state of equipment of wineries with pneumatic presses.
