Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zpracování hroznů v lisech používaných v soudobých vinařstvích. Hlavní část je zaměřena na pneumatické lisy, na jejich vybavení, funkci, technické parametry a novodobé trendy. Práce obsahuje přehled výrobců lisů působící na českém trhu s modelovými řadami jejich výrobků. V praktické části jsou vypracovány návrhy dle kapacity a dalších parametrů na vybavení tří typů vinařství novými pneumatickými lisy a v jejím závěru je vyhodnocení průzkumu aktuálního stavu vybavenosti vinařských provozů pneumatickými lisy. This bachelor thesis deals with the process of processing grapes in presses used in contemporary wineries. The main part is focused on pneumatic presses, their equipment, funktion, technical parameters and modern trends. The work contains an overwiew of press manufacturers operating on the Czech market with model lines of their products. In the practical part, proposals are developer according to capacity and other parameters for equipping three types of wineries with new pneumatic presses, and in its conclusion is an evaluation of the survey of the current state of equipment of wineries with pneumatic presses.
