Implementation of the Business Plan in Construction
Pech, Jiří ; Jabulka, Vladimír (referee) ; Vítková, Eva (advisor)
The main motivation for the business is making profits. For the creation of profit is the need to have a business plan. In order to have a successful business plan, we have to prepare it correctly, and then drive. The entire work is focused on the production, placing on the market and the management of the business plan. At the beginning of the introduction into the environment, and then everything is shown in a particular case. The aim is to show how to do this when you create a business plan, what pitfalls can occur and, above all, from the complex situation do the advantage.

Hlavín, Tomáš ; Daňhel, Petr (referee) ; Klika, Pavel (advisor)
The task of this diploma thesis is to suggest insulation of chosen building and evaluate difference of operation costs before and after finishing the insulation. The economic return of the investment will be focused as well.
The effectiveness of measures to reduce the energy intensity of family house
Menšíková, Dominika ; Weiss, Adam (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aims to compare and evaluate the investments of two different alternatives leading to the reduction of energy instensity of the family house. The theoretical part characterizes and defines the concepts of low-energy and passive houses. Moreover, it addresses the topic of the creation of energy certificates for buildings supported by the New Green program. The theoretical part discusses comprehensive and in-depth definitions of concepts of investments along with funding in the construction industry. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of two measurements of a family house. A family house meeting the requirements of the program New Green savings, that will be eligible for necessary funds while succeeding in meeting the low energy standatds. Furthermore, the research conducted calculations of construction and material costs for specific family house measures. Finally, the las section of this research presents a return of investment for both varieties of the family house, including of the family house, including appropriate applicable measurements for the investor.
Energy evaluation of office building.
Lysková, Markéta ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Adam, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealing with energy audit of industrial building with administration part, situated in Blansko, South Moravia region. The theoretical part is focused to windows from the energy balance point of view, because one of the energy saving measures is the change of current insufficient window filling. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to find the most energy saving variant which is going to be evaluated from the both, ecological and economical, aspect. The third part is dedicated to usage of computer technology as software for 3D model creating of assessed building or energy consumption simulation for particular systems as heating in relation to characters of different kinds of windows.
Environmentally Advanced Library
Burýšková, Jana ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The main aim of the Master‘s project is to design a library and a cafe in Příbram. The project is divided into three parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design. The second with technical building services and the third with thermal imaging. The building has a basement and two above-ground floors. The building is founded on foundation strips. The building is designed with load-bearing brick walls and pre-stressed slabs Spiroll. The roof is a flat intensive green roof. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool. In the building there is air a conditioning and a cooling system. As a heat source, a pressure-independent heat exchanger unit connected to the local hot water pipe will be used. A part of the electricity consumption is covered by photovoltaics. In the third part there are images from a thermal camera for some libraries. Imagines were evaluated if there are thermal bridges in the measured libraries. The project was carried out in the AutoCAD programme.
Energy assessment of buildings
Dobrá, Zdena ; Komínek, Petr (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (advisor)
In the theoretical part of bachelor’s thesis there are basic terms of building energy rating and also the main announcements and guidelines. In the computational part of bachelor’s thesis there are specificated building energy systems, building solution and technical characters of cladding. Also, there are terms as is standardized usage of the building, energy comsumption for individual systems of technical equipment of buildings, draft measures and economical rating. In the Project can be found analysis of PENB, elaboration of sub-section of the energy audit and experimental verification of the building‘s real condition.
Energy Audit of Multipurpose Building
Čajčíková, Jolana ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The theme of this diploma thesis are the issue of energy evaluation of buildings and the reduction of energy consumption in the Czech legal system in the theoretical part, an analysis of energy consumption of the judged building in an old and new state in the calculation part and an energy audit of the main building of SRC Lihovar in Třemošnice according to Decree no. 480/2012 Coll. The three-storey main building of sports and rehabilitation center is located on the southern edge of city Třemošnice and it used to be a distillery until it has been renovated in 2013. There is a restaurant with a bowling room, hotel with two conference lounges, wellness, fitness and a swimming pool. The heat source for this building are two gas boilers, three heat pumps and solar collector array. There is partly forced and partly natural ventilation installed in the building.
Environmentally advanced building - for sports activities
Krahula, Tomáš ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The task of the master project is to design a building for sports activities in Sehradice, Zlín region. First the documentation was elaborated, the second part HVAC was designed and the last part focussed on daylighting. The building has one floor and flat green roof. The building includes a fitness, a yoga room, a relax room, two saunas, changing rooms and staff room. The superstructure is designed using Heluz ceramic block walls and Spiroll panel floor structure. Façade is insulated with ETICS. HVAC is provided by two gas boilers, two mechanical ventilation units (indoors) and a cooling unit (outdoor). Domestic hot water is provided by the gas boiler and solar panels. The building uses LED lights. Electricity consumption is partially covered by photovoltaics on the roof. The building plot also includes a large carpark in front of the building. The designs were elaborated in Revit, AutoCAD and energy assessment in Deksoft software.
Modern barn house in Silesia
Kostialová, Jana ; Pilinszki, Martin (referee) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design a passive single-family house for four people. First part of the thesis presents the structural and architectural project documentation including building physics evaluation and the second parts proposes the solution of building services. The house is located on the flat plot by the forest on the suburbs of Havířov. This rectangular shaped house has one floor and an attic with the gable roof. On the ground floor is entrance hall, utility room, hall, toilet, bathroom, pantry, living room with the kitchen with the access onto the west facing deck. Upstairs is a cloakroom, two children's bedrooms, second bathroom, master's bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and the home office. The glazed facades are oriented to the east and to the west. The total floor area of the house is 264 m2. The covered parking and tool-shed will be located on the northeast side of the house by the access to the property. The load-bearing walls are form sand-lime blocks with mineral insulation and wooden cladding, the partitions are from aerated concrete. Strip foundations, insulated by extruded polystyrene, are from reinforced cast-in-place concrete, floor slab is from prefabricated prestressed concrete panels. The metal roofing is on timber roof truss. Windows and entrance door are wood-aluminium with triple glazing. Floor heating, cooling and warming water in this house is provided by air/water heat pump. Ventilation is provided by ventilation unit with ducts in suspended ceilings and plate valves. On the south side in the metal roofing are integrated very thin photovoltaic panels. Storm water is collected in accumulation tank for later use. Summer overheating is reduced with external blinds. The house is connected to the water service pipe, sanitary sewer, electricity service cable and optical cable. The thesis also solves fire safety and building physics including daylighting, acoustics, and the energy certificate of the house.
