Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby knihovny s kavárnou v Příbrami. Projekt je rozdělen do tří částí. První část obsahuje architektonicko-stavební řešení, druhou část tvoří řešení technického zařízení budovy a ve třetí části jsem se zabývala termovizí. Budova obsahuje suterén a dvě nadzemní podlaží. V objektu se nachází dva různé provozy, kterými jsou kavárna a knihovna. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Budova je navržena s nosnými stěnami a předpjatými stropními deskami Spiroll. Střešní konstrukce je plochá intenzivní střecha. Plášť budovy je zateplen minerální vlnou. V objektu je zajištěna nucená výměna vzduchu a chlazení. Jako zdroj tepla bude použita tlakově nezávislá výměníková jednotka k předávání tepla napojená na místní horkovod. Část spotřeby elektrické energie pokrývá systém fotovoltaické elektrárny. Ve třetí části byly zpracovány snímky z termokamery pro budovy knihoven. Bylo vyhodnoceno, zda se nachází v měřených knihovnách tepelné mosty. Práce byla navržena v softwaru AutoCad. The main aim of the Master‘s project is to design a library and a cafe in Příbram. The project is divided into three parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design. The second with technical building services and the third with thermal imaging. The building has a basement and two above-ground floors. The building is founded on foundation strips. The building is designed with load-bearing brick walls and pre-stressed slabs Spiroll. The roof is a flat intensive green roof. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool. In the building there is air a conditioning and a cooling system. As a heat source, a pressure-independent heat exchanger unit connected to the local hot water pipe will be used. A part of the electricity consumption is covered by photovoltaics. In the third part there are images from a thermal camera for some libraries. Imagines were evaluated if there are thermal bridges in the measured libraries. The project was carried out in the AutoCAD programme.
