This thesis solves the construction technology project extension at Three Steeples in Střítež, building apartments. Work includes the complete study of the implementation, including timing and the financial plan, assessment of the wider relations of transport routes, the project site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological specifications for masonry, inspection and test quality plan for walling, technological prescription for clay plasters and itemized budget rough construction of the main building.

Assessment of Damage Caused by a Tree Falling on a Recreational House

The aim of this thesis is to determine height of insurance payment caused by treefall in municipality of Zduchovice. Theoretical part consists of explanation of elementary terms used in properties and insurance industry, and of price estimation of the building – recreational cottage. Practical part consists of price estimation of the building when the insurance contract was concluded, price before the insured event occurred and total cost of repairing of damaged constructions by means of cost method. Moreover, the cost is evaluated by means of itemized budget. At the conclusion, an analysis is provided based on results found, the favourableness of the current insurance policy is assessed and the evaluation of the costs is provided based on cost method and itemized budget.

In my bachelor thesis I solve the phase of main part of the building of the apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. Specifically execution of prefabricated floor SPIROLL and walls of permanent formwork and reinforced concrete columns. Further the work includes control and test plans, itemized budget of both stages, the transport solution, the proposal of the machine assembly and bill of quantities.

The diploma thesis deals with determination of the price of a family house, located in Vranovice. The theoretical part discusses the basic procedures and terminology necessary for property valuation. The aim of the thesis is to use different valuation methods, to evaluate them and to determine the difficulty in terms of the job and the amount of input data needed. Property will be evaluated by direct comparison and cost method. At the end of the thesis we will assess to what extent the price shares listed in the Valuation Ordinance, correspond with the price shares in the item budget and evaluate the calculated prices of the family house.

The aim of this diploma thesis „Actual division of multifunctional building in Dolní Bečva“ is to consider possibilities of real division of estates as a way of joint ownership property settlement. Theoretical section of the thesis explains selected terms that are necessary for expert work on real division. Practical part of the thesis proposes real division of estates, namely value estimation regarding current condition, construction alterations including respective expenses assessment, and finally value estimation of divided parts and ensuing property settlement.
Preparation of realization of the monolithic skeleton VilaPark Olomouc

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the technological stage of the rough construction of the E4 residential building, which is being built as part of the staged construction of VilaPark Tabulový Vrch Olomouc. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete wall system with a total of three above-ground floors. The building has a regular shape, the load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The ceilings are slabs, also made of monolithic reinforced concrete. As part of the resolved stage, a technological prescription for monolithic constructions, a time schedule, and an itemized budget are processed. The organization of construction, transport relations, the design of the machine assembly, the control and test plan and safety and health protection at work are also dealt with.
