Creation of E-business with Tyres
Richtr, Roman ; Svoboda, Luděk (referee) ; Koráb, Vojtěch (advisor)
This thesis deals with proposal of business plan for making an electronic shop with tyres. Parts of the business plan are business, marketing, organizational and financial plans and politics of risks. Source materials for the business plan are processed analyses of internal and external environment of the company in analytical part of the thesis.
Conception of ATV (all-terrain vehicles)
Dosedla, Milan ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is review article of the current design and construction setup of ATVs. In the individual chapters are analyzed function of structural units and their advantages and disadvantages for the application. Much attention is paid to the design and construction of the brakes and axles. Work based on the analysis 30 models of ATVs from different manufacturers. This thesis reports the specifications of selected models. In conclusion we discuss the appropriateness of design solutions for different types of ATVs such as utility or sport models.
Analysis of the effect of rotation of the wheels on the aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle
Škrášek, Roman ; Čavoj, Ondřej (referee) ; Vančura, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with modeling and CFD calculation of aerodynamic characteristics of vehicle, influenced by loaded or unloaded tires and boundary conditions applied on this tires. These calculations are combined with three types of variable rear body shape of DrivAer vehicle. There is a complete analysis and evaluation of the effects of these factors.
Test cell for ozone degradation of tires
Píza, Tomáš ; Veselý, Oldřich (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is occupy by assesment optimum method straining of tyres and then constructional concept of test cell for ozone degradation of rubber tyres with sizes from 13” to 15”. The final aim of this diploma thesis is construction of test cell which is based on choice of optimum method straining of tyres. The next output of this diploma thesis is concept of unit for ozone degaradation of tyres.
The impact of tire inflation on driving performance of a passenger vehicle
Pelán, Radim ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
The key goal of the following diploma thesis is to evaluate influence of the air pressure in the car tires on the driving dynamic, stability and comfort. The first part is dedicated to the theory of the driving dynamic, stability, tire parameters and tire inflation. Next practical part is focused on the drivers’ knowledge about the correct tire inflation and follows with the measurements and evaluation of the influence of the tire inflation on the driving characteristics, riding comfort and its comparison. These influences are summarized and followed up by the recommendations for the drivers and also the expert activities.
Influence of Mixing Line Parameters Adjustment on Mixture´s Properties
Smiřický, Jan ; Kučera, František (referee) ; Petrůj, Jaroslav (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to set optimal rubber mixture processing parameters in Barum Continental Ltd. Dispersion is one of the most important tire production steps. Although rubber mixing has been researched by several generations of experts, there are still some unexplored influencing variables. The automotive companies are keen on the reduction of emissions and therefore pushes the tire manufactures as they can contribute to emission reduction, as well as the enhancement of tire toughness. Enhancement of tire toughness causes the decreasing of rolling resistance. Higher toughness is exhibited by tires made of rubber filled by surface modified silica. Silica filled mixtures creates a three-dimensional net which is capable to coexist with a net made by vulcanization reaction. Other goals of this thesis are to understand the process and technologies used for mixing rubber mixtures designated for tire production.

Physiological response of a cyclist when using various components of a mountain bike.
Bížová, Michaela ; Brtník, Tomáš (advisor) ; Turčová, Ivana (referee)
Title: Physiological response of the cyclist's organism when using different mountain bike components. Objectives: The goal of this final thesis was to assess the different influence of bicycle components on the physiological response of the cyclists' organism using a systematic research. Methods: The main sources were searched in the scientific databases Taylor and Francis, Researchgate, ScienceDirect. In the included studies, individual researches were searched that were focused on the physiology of the body of the tested cyclists. These were experiments. These investigations investigated the overall performance using different cycling components. From the compared results of all researches, possible moderating factors of the influence of these components on the energy demand during driving were determined. Results:A total of 18 studies were used in this work, focusing on the physiological response of cyclists when using different components of a mountain bike and comparing somatic characteristics, including those of road cycling. Full-suspension mountain bikes provide greater comfort and shock absorption in off-road terrain, resulting in reduced physical exertion and energy demands during riding. Riding a bike with only front suspension was found to be more efficient and faster than using both...
Možnosti zvyšování tahových vlastností traktoru
Šutera, Pavel
The diploma thesis deals with selected possibilities of increasing the efficiency of the transfer of power from the motor to the mat for achieving higher tensile properties. The theoretical part describes the issue of torque transmission, a brief overview of the most commonly used engines, transmissions, chassis, tires, belts and their influence on the tractor's characteristics. There are a number of statements that prove the practical part of the diploma thesis. In the practical part, an evaluation of the influence of load on the driving wheels on the tensile properties of the Case IH Magnum 370CVX wheeled tractor, the evaluation of tire inflation pressure measurements on the tensile properties of the John Deere 8320R and the tensile tests of the John Deere 8320RT tracked tractor. John Deere tractors are compared with each other.
