Production hall with an administrative part in Ústí n Orlicí - Hylváty, civil technological project

The subject of the thesis is the construction and technological preparation of a production hall building with an administrative part in Ústí nad Orlicí – Hylváty. For the construction project a technical report, site equipment, studies of technological implementation, a time and financial schedule, a design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a time schedule and time standard, technological specification and the relevant inspection and test plans will be written. The other task includes a comparison of the two building envelope technologies, a contract for work, a plan of risks for the building evelope and pattern moving mechanical assemblies. The subject, which I deal with in this thesis, is in the field of constructions- selected details of the building envelope preparation.

Proposal of the Implementation of the Project Management Methodology into the Company

This diploma theses deals with the challenges of a project management in a particular construction company that handles projects on daily basis. I focused on the analysis of a particular project in this company, that has been successfully implemented. This analysis served as a starting point for the designing of the changes, as well as a devising a tool that simplifies the set up of the changes into practice. Selected problem was solved by comparing the project management methodology in the project with the project management practices officially proposed in the literature. Tool design was carried out in the environment of Microsoft Excel. I managed to design a tool in which the shortcomings are treated the way that facilitates their implementation into practice, especially by using an easy environment and outputs well-arranged for the user. This tool is therefore mainly used to eliminate the identified shortcomings and thus to facilitate and simplify project management in practice.

Office building in Trencin - construction technology project

The subject of my dissertation is to describe construction technology project of the administration building in Trencin. I focused on the budget, work schedule, environmental protection, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and efficient machine assembly. Result of work represents possible construction progression with focus on site condistions.

Community elderly home in Tršice - Structural Work

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough building of the Seniors Community House in Tršice. The communal house consists of twelve residential units, common and social rooms. Part of the work is technical report, building site, transport, technology prescription, control and test plan, risk plan, environmental protection, item budget and timetable. The project documentation from the VAteler design studio was used to process this work.

Construction technological project of factory hall in Bílovec

This thesis addresses the construction of steel buildings in Bílovec. In this work we are solved structurally technological study of the construction of steel buildings. The work deals with the traffic situation around the building and a landing distance. The thesis focuses on the installation for the steel skeleton and industrial floors of wire reinforced concrete, time and financial plan, project, site equipment, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, timelines, capital construction object, then control plan for the steel skeleton and industrial floor. Moreover, it is processed itemized budget including bills of quantities, Risk Plan for the steel skeleton and industrial flooring and design details. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project.

Production site ITAB Boskovice - rough upper construction

The main purpose of this dissertation is to design and describe technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall, which is part of production site ITAB. It focuses on the budget, work schedule, providing of energy sources, appropriate setup of temporary objects on the construction site and creation of the effective construction procedure. Result of this work represents possible construction progression with focus on the construction speed of the steel structure.

Commercial building in Brno - the construction technological planning

The aim of my thesis was to perform construction and technological preparation of the construction of commercial house in Brno in the street Křídlovická. The introduction contains the expected design and construction process of the proposed building as a whole. It is also prepared a preliminary draft of the financial cost of the entire project designed according THU and object schedule. Furthermore, the implementation of the project construction site for a major part of the commercial house. Gradually work focuses mainly on the implementation of the technological stage of construction site with detailed processing procedure for the implementation of monolithic concrete structures of the building.
