The thesis deals with the issue of inventories in a company with business activities. The aim of the thesis is at first theoretically to introduce the accounting of inventories and then to demonstrate the accounting activities on a real company. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a company that sells medical devices. Due to the choice of company and its business activities this thesis highlights the general and specific information about business with medical devices and the areas connected to this.
The Business Activity of SITEL, spol. s r.o., on Foreign Markets

This thesis focuses on information and communication technologies using the analysis of the Czech company SITEL, spol. s r.o. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic information, defines the Czech ICT sector, describes the history, development and impact of these technologies and outlines Czech export and import activities. The practical part presents the company SITEL, spol. s r.o., provides basic facts about services and products. A separate chapter describes the international activities of the company. On the basis of the insight into the company's turnover and the SWOT analysis company's business is summarised with the recommendation how to use an advantage of the current situation on the domestic market as well as on foreign markets.

This bachelor thesis aims to characterize and evaluate the activities of the Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce in the czech and russian markets. The first chapter deals with trade and economic cooperation between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The second chapter identifies intercultural differences between Czechs and Russians. The third chapter contains the characteristics of Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce and its activities and operations. After three theoretical chapters in the last charter is depicted cooperation the Chamber of commerce with the members of the Chamber, which is described on the basis of the views and experience of member companies with the membership in the Russia-Czech Chamber of Commerce.

The thesis evaluates activities of company Moet Hennessy in the Czech Republic. It provides a comprehensive overview of the company's portfolio, as well as insight into individual brands' marketing strategies. Since the company's core business is trade with alcoholic beverages, this thesis also analyzes the barriers connected to this business in the Czech Republic. The aim is also to evaluate the potential expansion upon the Slovak market and analyze appropriate forms of market entry.
The entry strategy of a Canadian franchise into the Czech Republic

One of the ways of business activities based on selling rights to use a trademark for private enterprise is franchising. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on franchising features and everything related to this type of business such as legal framework of this business activity, the differences in comparison to other kinds of business, activities of associations supporting franchising and all specifics that franchising includes: piloting, operating manual, providing the license, fees and know how itself. The practical part deals with the model situation of a Canadian franchise entering the Czech market. The franchise is the existing Waves Coffee franchise providing Café services. We will try to answer the most important questions such as why and how to use this type of business -- accompanying advantages and disadvantages.
