Analysis of the internal environment of a selected company

The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the current situation with help of selected internal analyses. Based on the findings, possible changes to maintain or improve its market position were suggested.A SWOT analysis was compiled. Based on the results of the analysis, it was recommended to use its strengths to eliminate threats. Two strategies that should lead to profitability in the following periods were suggested.

This masters thesis deals with a creation of a new strategy of the company designing and producing wedding dresses. The aim of the thesis is to propose a new company strategy, which should lead to improvement of the overal situation of the company and the expansion on the Austrian and German markets. This requires a detailed analysis of the German and Austrian wedding dress market with an emphasis on B2B sector and the analysis of the Czech market with an emphasis on the final consumer. The first chapter presents the theoretical part which includes definitions, concepts and opinions of various authors on the company strategy and the possibilities of its creation. The second chapter deals with the analysis of wedding dresses market in individual markets. Its goal is to produce clear outputs that will then suggest a new strategy for the company. Recommendations and changes in the company's strategy will be elaborated in the last chapter, which aims to create a company strategy that can be implemented by the company's management, while at the same time bringing a significant improvement in both the financial situation and the whole operation of the company.

The topic of the thesis Efficiency of investments company Ecoproduct s.r.o. (Ltd.) is the analytical evaluation of activities, processes, economic (financial) value of the company, the influence of a legal framework on activities of the firm and last but not least the assessment of new investments. The theoretical part is referencing properly cited expert information resources. The practical application includes SWOT analysis of efficiency of the company more focused on the technical and marketing analysis (4P). The paper also brings a financial analysis of investments to the company including evaluation of performance indicators. In the resume there is the analysis of an investment to the production of beef innards and the proposal of acquisition of new machine production.

The master’s thesis deals with trading the currency market. The aim of thesis is the creation of an automated trading system based on technical analysis. This thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical aspects and analysis of current situation are followed by automated trading system proposal. The system is designed on basis of technical indicators and tested on historical data and then optimized.

The diploma deals with the strategic management in small and medium-sized companies. The strategic management is applied to a specific company operating in the field of mechanical engineering. The main goal of the diploma is to propose strategic variants focused mainly on the company's' development and resulting from the external and internal analyses. The results from both analyses are further used for the SWOT analysis which summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of the company influenced from the "outside" as opportunities and threats. SWOT analysis led to the definition of two strategic variants. First one is focused on the development of a new product; second one is more about searching for new opportunities on the market and marketing. After evaluating both proposals and considering dis/advantages only one has been recommended for the realization -- the second proposal.

Krönerová, N. Strategic analysis of automotive branch in the Czech Republic. Diploma the-sis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This diploma thesis is headed to define the strategic recommendation for competitive strength consolidation of supplying companies to automotive makers. For output in the practical background was applied external analysis and competitive force analysis. For examination of branch attractive and for suggestion strategy for these supplying compa-nies was applied EFE, SPACE and GE matrix. For plastic suppliers was recommend aggres-sive strategy with new branch investment and innovation, rising market share, using con-solidations, outsourcing, effective MIS for maintenance or levelling individual "Tier" levels with leader company in the branch.
