The goal of this BA thesis is to analyze the current ocmbination compensation in Mediaservis Ltd. Furthermore propose a new adaptive rewarding system for operators, based on enguiry among employees. Suggested approach should improve the actual combination compensation in order to highly motivate operators and encourage them to achieve their personal goals.

This diploma thesis deals with employee motivation, remuneration and evaluation in the company Macek a syn s.r.o. The aim of the theoretical part is to clarify the primary terms of the motivation, remuneration and evaluation system. The practical part review the actual techniques used in Macek a syn s.r.o. A survey is used to assess the satisfaction of the employees. The summary includes recommendations to improve the motivation, evaluation and satisfaction of the employees.

OKbase is a complete software product for firms including attendance, salary and human-resources module. It is implemented and conducted in Czech language. The main aim of this project is to extend OKbase to provide simple support of other languages.
The Company´s System of Remuneration and Its Efficiency

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the current wage system and its efficiency in a selected company, which is Garnea, a. s. After introducing the company and describing the structure of employees by gender and education, the current wage system and its different components provided to employees were described. Furthermore, the ratio of personal expenses to total expenses and the ratio of service order for each employee were calculated. To evaluate efficiency, productivity formulas were utilized, where the inputs were the average converted number of employees and personal expenses, and the outputs were total expenses, added value, and total revenues. The results of each indicator were compared over time, specifically for the period 2016 to 2021. In the efficiency assessment, it was found that the company invests only 4 % in personal expenses. Based on this result, it was evaluated that employees have lower labour productivity because the growth rate is faster than labour productivity. For these reasons, the company was recommended to use some of the proposed measures, including the introduction of a premium rate, contribution to transportation to work, and implementing a cafeteria system. Financial statements of the company revealed that the enterprise achieves hight turnovers. Therefore, it was recommended for the company to invest in improving the wage system by utilizing at least one of the proposed measures. These measures will increase labour productivity and create a more effective wage system in the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on employee rewarding system in a processing company. The examined subject is Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny of Mendel University in Brno. The main goal of this work is to propose possible changes of rewarding and wages system. In the first part, reference literature researching the issue of rewarding and related fields is studied. In the second part, the structure of employees based on age, length of working relationship and achieved education is described with respect to internal documents. Analysis of the current rewarding system is performed and resulting recommendations and improvements are suggested.

This bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in an enterprise. Remuneration is one of the most important, but the most expensive incentives for doing business. The company therefore needs to strike a balance between employee satisfaction and business prosperity. Based on the wage system, used in the enterprise, the work further describes the effect of wage costs on the economic result. The practical part deals with the analysis of the payroll system in the enterprise and examines the impact of the current payroll system on the final profit or loss. The work finds out the payroll system through a questionnaire survey, wage cost observations and economic outcome and internal company materials. The result is the newly proposed compensation scheme for employees and its impact on the costs and economic outcome of the selected business entity.

The bachelor thesis deals with remuneration of employees in the business sphere. Its aim is to evaluate the wage conditions of employees of two different business entities and the suggestions for possible modifications. The thesis is divided into two parts. The literary retrieval provides a theoretical overview on the issue of remuneration and analyses the basic terms and rules of remuneration arising from the current legislation, in particular the relevant provisions of the labor code. Within the frame of the work, systems of remuneration of selected companies are described, their comparison is then made and possible measures are proposed to improve the remuneration systems with respect to the performance of the entities.

The primary objective of the diploma thesis is a proposal of changes in compensa-tion system setting which would support motivation of employees working at a production company. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the most important findings on motivation theories, employee perks and wages. The practical part of the thesis focuses on evaluation of data based on a ques-tionnaire and information provided by personnel departments of production com-panies. Based on evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of individual compensa-tion systems, recommendations are proposed with respect to general usability in all production companies. Subsequently, these recommendations are practically applied on the production company of X.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the diversification of the rewarding of men and women in two companies. First company is focused on automotive industry. The second company is focused on agriculture. The subject of investigation was accounted average gross wages and hourly wage tariffs. Based on data, which was provided by the companies has been done analysis, which was fucused on monthly and annual wages. According to lenght of employment, gender, age, and education has been done evaluation of the possible existence of wage diversification. Investigation was focused to incentive wage components too. At the end of the thesis were defined suggestions, which can be helpful for inequalities in rewarding.
