Final work is processed for an administrative center in Prague. It is the preparation and organization of the construction of the object in Hostivař. The work is done for the most important technological phases of site equipment, economic comparison of cranes, financial and time evaluation of building, selection of main mechanisms and main part of the text dealing with the character of the building, its technical data, process of constructing the object and the overall treatise about building. Technological process is made for the technological phase of construction of assembled skeleton.

Preparation for rough superstructure steel buildings in Uničov

The main purpose of the bachelor thesis is to describe technological state of rough upper construction of the steel production hall which is part of the location of the company Melites s.r.o, I will design optimal working procedure for the most effective construction regarding the foundations of the construction. I will focus on different variants of the lifting equipment. Furthermore, I will concentrate on fire prevention systems for steel constructions while applying the knowledge on this particular object. In addition, the thesis includes budget, monitoring and test plan and schedule of work in which I will mention also building envelope of the steel hall.
The administrative object

The final thesis deals with design of new administrative object. The administrative object is located in edge part of Znojmo city. The building is situated in built-up area, which is used for housing and services. The building is accessible as a detached house on a slightly sloping territory. It is a four-storey house with a cellar, terminated by a warm flat roof, which has three-storey and basement. On the above ground floors are located offices and their associated spaces, staff facilities and toilets. On the third floor there is a terrace for employees’ stay in the summer months. On the third floor there is a collective garage with twenty parking spaces too. The individual floors are accessed via the main staircase and elevator. The building is designed as reinforced precast concreate frame and is based on prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation pads. The infill and internal wall are designed from the Porotherm building system.

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of a factory building. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, with a peripheral shell of bricks POROTHERM insulated using contact system ETICS. The roof structure is not part of this thesis. This document includes: inventory of quantities, budget, schedule, technical regulations, organizational principles of construction and a comparison of the methods and implementations of two insulation technologies.
Residential house Hliniště, construction-technological solution of rough substructure

This bachelor thesis is focused on the construction and technological solution of the rough substructure of the Hliniště apartment building in Velké Meziříčí. The house is composed of two separate building structures, built next to each other and set in the south sloping terrain. The construction is based on foundation feet and passports that carry the load from a top structure made of a prefabricated skeleton filled with ceramic masonry. The last 5th floor is realized as a residential attic, covered with a wooden roof with a saddle roof and sheet metal, profiled cover. The main chapters of this work are the technological regulations for the execution of earthworks and foundation structures, which are also processed by control and testing plans. In addition, the machine assemblies are designed for these activities, their schematic travel along the construction site, the excavation drawing, the building site layout, the budget item, the timetable and other attachments.
Precast load-bearing reinforced concrete structure

The aim of this thesis is to design main parts of the construction for concrete sports hall made from prefabricated elements. Designed elements are T-shaped prestressed roof truss, columns, slabs and continuous girders. This thesis contains engineering report, calculations and drawings of the designed parts.
Construction of the Lavimont production hall - building technology project

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction-technological project of the Lavimont production hall in Brno Tuřany. The thesis deals with solution of off-road transport, supply, design of main building machines and mechanisms, ensuring safety and protection of health at work, ecology and environmental protection. The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.
Multifunction sports hall

This master’s thesis deals with the design documentation multifunction sports hall. The building is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton, where the vertical load-bearing structures are designed from the prefabricated skeleton of PREFA BRNO and filling and partition walls of the structural system POROTHERM and BTB fittings. Horizontal structures are formed by the supporting elements prefabricated skeleton system of PREFA BRNO and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main single-storey multifunction hall is roofed with wooden trusses of curved from glued laminated timber and purlins carrying roof deck. The other part of the building is covered with flat single-ply roofs. The building is divided into a main single-storey multifunction sports hall and an outbuilding with facilities for athletes and spectators about two floors above ground and a third technical floor. The building is solved as barrier-free.
