This bachelor's thesis maps the situation, in which the archive of the "Červená sedma" cabaret, that is in large part deposited in rooms of the Czech Radio archive, in the present days is found. Poštulková, Marta ; Just, Vladimír (advisor) ; Augustová, Zuzana (referee)
This thesis deals with Czech and German cabaret shows on the Bohemian land in the first two decades of the 20th century . The thesis first familiarizes the reader with the history of Czech cabaret - with first such establishments in Prague and the very birth of this performance type here. Then some space is devoted to the most important of Prague' s theatres - Lucerna, Rokoko, Červená sedma and Montmartre - and their comparison. More theatres are spoken about later on, both Czech and foreign. Then, several prominent figures of cabaret theatre are characterised and it is also analyzed how they influenced each other and the cabaret itself. The very last part details the circumstances that ultimately led to downfall of most cabaret theatres in the twenties and evaluates contributions cabaret might mean for the future.

Řezníček, Petr ; Krause, Josef (advisor) ; Fuka, Martin (referee)
Even though it is often forgotten, the meaning of a business plan is of great importance to hospitality facilities and it should be created during an early stage of entrepreneurial activity. I focused on the operation of a 30s-style cabaret bar which is to be built as a part of prospective River Terrace hotel in Smichov, Prague. I analyse procedures that lead to the successful business plan in the theoretical part of my thesis. The practical part of my thesis contains a suitable plan for my company including detailed market analysis, competition analysis, marketing strategy planning, operational plan, financial plan and economic development forecast for 5 years. The aim of this report is to consider feasibility of the business plan, to consider its chances of success, and to decide whether the plan should be pursued.
