The utilization of self-care instructor's activity in the spinal unit from the staff and patient's view.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is: " Utilization of the work of an self-sufficiency instructor at the spinal unit of the Regional Hospital Liberec ". The object of the research is the work of a physically disabled self-sufficiency instructo r at the spinal unit. The aim of this thesis is a summary of information about work activities of a self-sufficiency instructor and a survey how the nursing staff and patients perceive his or her work . To address the issue by qualitative research, these methods are chosen: brainstorming, brainwriting , SWOT realized using a semi-standardized interview. Sub-objectives result from the chosen method of SWOT and they deal with determining the strengths and the weaknesses, as well as evaluating the potential opportunities and threats that affect the self-sufficiency instructor's work. The total number of participating respondents is 26 people. The research was attended by 11 persons from the nursing section group, 8 patients and 7 respondents from the group of physiotherapists and ergotherapists . Evaluation of non-formal education in Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic and processing innovative ideas for the preparation of instructors

This Bachelor thesis evaluates the current state of informal education in the organization Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech republic. It focuses specifically on the highest possible qualification - the instructor qualification. The thesis consists of theoretical and empiric part. The theoretical part provides historical context of Czech scouting, scouting principles and mission; it also describes the education system with special focus on the instructor qualification. The empiric part contains a survey conducted among the participants of instructor courses and instructors. The survey was aimed at the understanding and perception of the role of instructor and education of instructors from both points of view. The usages of demonstration stables and contracting firms in practical training in secondary vocational schools and apprentice schools in agricultural fields of education.

Bachelor thesis called Usage of demonstration stables and contrating company in practical education at agriculture colleges and training institutions is investigating current state and facility of demonstration stables used for practical training at colleges and training institutions. Theoretical part is divided into few parts and presents the main features of demonstration stables and training instutuions, describes functions and technichal equipment of the stables which are mainly used to horse breeding and horse training. Practical part focuses on presentation of Riding Academy, High School based in Marianske Lazne, where I proceeded questioning the students and guided interview with the teachers of the practical education. In the final part I suggest some recommendations how to improve the current state in the future.

Psychology of work of leaders at the children´s camp and their working motivation

The aim of this work is the analysis of the workload of workers at children's camps and monitoring their motivation. The work will be divided into a theoretical part describing job scope of leaders at summer camps and their motivation for better performance. The second part is practical, in the practical part I will use the quantitative research by questionnaire survey. The aim of this investigation will determine whether the workers at children's camps are motivated enough and if the style of management at their camps is acceptable. I may propose some innovative measures that could improve their working motivation.

Financial aspects in the area administration fitness services in Czech republic

Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční aspekty instruktorů poskytujících fitness služby v České republice. Teoretická část zkoumá způsoby a požadavky vzdělávání instruktorů v jednotlivých analyzovaných odvětvích. V analytické části se zabývá hodnocením finanční efektivity porovnáváním nákladové a výnosové stránky a celkovou efektivitu fitness instruktorů hodnotí podle vybraných finančních ukazatelů.
