Hotel Harrachov - annexe gym, earthwork

The content of this bachelor's thesis is a result of technological stage earthwork by the annexe gym to the actual object VZ Dukla in the city Harrachov. In the side of deep cut into the terrain is designed micropile bracing walls, which prevent landslides in the construction pit. The thesis content a technological prescribe for earthwork, traffic situation, safety and protection of health during the work, a situation of facilities building side. Then there is solved a inspect and probationary plan for stage earthwork, time schedule, budget and machinery draft report. The last one point is voluntary attendance in school competition with the project optimization of mechanical assemblies for earthwork

Construction Technology study of building a house of the eko panels

The object of the bachelor thesis is the description of the construction and technological study of building a family house from Ekopanel. It is an ecological diffusion free material in the form of panels, which are pressed at high temperature and pressure. Part of this technology study is time and financial plan of construction, basic concept of building operation, bill of quantities specified objects, technological regulation for the implementation anhydrite monolithic floors, precautionary measures of the construction site, listing of machinery and tools which are used, inspection and test plan and comparison of wooden buildings with brick building.

In this thesis I will deal with structural and technological preparation ELIZABETH - MUZEUM MOTORSPORTU. As a specific phase of construction, which I will focus, I chose a solution glass facade, designed by Schüco. This is the glass panels mounted in an aluminum frame. My work includes technical report, technological prescription for the installation of facades, design mechanical assemblies, time and financial plan, control plan and test plan.

The Teplice hospital, pavilion of operating rooms – construction technology project

The subject matter of the diploma thesis is the structurally technical resolution of a new pavilion project, which is situated in the area of the Teplice hospital. The pavilion consists of a two-storey ferroconcrete monolithic framework. The thesis contains a technical report of the construction-technological project, a report of the construction site equipment, a traffic stance in the surroundings of the construction site, a solution of traffic alinements for the transport of materials, a design of the main building machines and mechanisms, a plan of health and safety at work, the environmental protection, a timetable, a technological prescription of monolithic structures, a technological prescription of drilled piles, an inspection and test plans, a contract for work, the budget of the gross superstructure and a resource limit.

Construction Technology Study of multifunctional building construction

The bachelor thesis deals with construction and technology studies multifunctional building construction site. The house is located in Prerov. The building has six floors, the first floor there are shops in other floors are apartments. The supporting structure of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton with slabs. Slabs are mounted on reinforced concrete columns and walls. Outer and inner walls are made of brick blocks Porotherm. The building has a steel timber truss. A roof is covered with roofing Tondach. In this thesis I address the study of rough construction and technological regulation is aimed at the monolithic frame.

In this diploma thesis work is the goal of the construction technological project of a multifunctional building in Želatovicích. The content of this diploma thesis is the solution of the summary of the technical report, a study of the implementation of major technological stages, the time schedule of the main construction of the object, schedule object, the technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and installation of steel structures, inspection and test plans, risk with subsequent security measures, itemized budget with bills of quantities, solving the major transport routes, design of mechanical assemblies and equipment to the construction site. The substrate was drawing documentation for the implementation of this construction.

Implementation of warehouses in Brno Podoli, alternative solutions envelope

This bachelor thesis deals with the variant solution envelope warehouse and office building in Brno Podolí. The first variant is designed as a skeletal structure with masonry infill made of aerated concrete blocks Ytong with external thermal insulation composite system. Also there are dealt with internal plaster and filling holes. The first variant includes technical report, technological specifications, the situation of building with wider relationships routes, bills of quantities, itemized budget, principles of organization of construction, technical report for site equipment, time schedule, design mechanical assembly, inspection and test plans, safety and health work, assessment of thermal cladding, drawing of site preparation and drawing details. The second variant is also designed as a skeleton construction, but as sheathing circuit will be used for facade sandwich Kingspan panels. Part of the second variant are the technological specifications, bill of quantities, itemized budget proposal mechanical assemblies, time schedule, drawing of the site preparation. Both variants will be compared in terms of time, financial, technology, machine designs and building equipment.
