Identifikační znaky vozidel a jejich využití ve znalecké praxi
Obršlík, Jaroslav
Expert in practice are identifying marks an important for proper identification of the vehicle under consideration. Identification of vehicles and checking identificators are an essential part of the expert evidence. This thesis describes the identification characteris-tics of the vehicle, explains the different types of identifiers, principles and methods of their use. In the practical part are these identifying features described specific vehicle.
Interpretace komponované krajiny Horšovského Týna a koncepce její obnovy
Kunešová, Marie
The diploma thesis deals with the historical development, identification and protection of the designed landscape. The aim of the thesis is to find out, whether the model area of Horšovský Týn is a designed landscape or not. For that, landscape analysis of the area and subsequent identification and interpretation of the found composition were prepared. The thesis then presents a proposal for the restoration and protection of the designed landscape and ways of its presentation to the public. To a lesser extent, the thesis also deals with the optimization of the landscape that it can function as a sustainable and stable system based on its natural processes.
Microbial Forensics
Stejskalová, Pavlína ; Vaněk, Daniel (advisor) ; Šneberger, Jiří (referee)
Microbial forensics is a young field that emerged in response to the Anthrax attacks in September and October 2001, later known as Amerithrax. At this time, forensic microbiology aimed to analyze microbial evidence associated with bioterrorism and biocrime. With the onset of metabarcoding and the advent of new generation sequencing, it has been possible to extend the scope of forensic microbiology. Nowadays microbial forensics can be applied in environmental monitoring, forensic identification based on personalized microbiomes, study of the influence of microorganisms on corpse decomposition, investigation of sexually motivated crime, archaeological and anthropological investigations, interpretation of forensic toxicology results and in the clarification in cases of sudden death. Keywords: bioterrorism, B-agens, environmental monitoring, microbiome, identification, PMI, stability of forensic samples, sexome, SIDS
Identification and education of gifted children in kindergarten
Křivanová, Denisa ; Kadrnožková, Monika (advisor) ; Marádová, Eva (referee)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of identification of a gifted child in kindergarten and pedagogical procedures used by the teacher in subsequent work with a gifted child. The aim of the thesis is to find out how kindergarten teachers contribute to the development of gifted children and the full use of their potential. The theoretical part of the thesis in the introduction pays attention to the general introduction to giftedness, then it deals with the characteristics of gifted children and their subsequent identification. In the conclusion, the legislative documents related to the education of gifted children are presented, followed by the possibilities of development and education in the kindergarten environment and the essentials of the teacher's work with gifted children. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the manifestations of potential giftedness in children in kindergarten and aims to identify the pedagogical methods applied when working with gifted children. The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, specifically a sequential combining design (QUAL-quan scheme) that employed a case study design and a questionnaire survey. The main cases consist of two kindergarten teachers who, in the course of their profession, have encountered and had the opportunity to...
Složení snímku prstu s viditelným krevním řečištěm.
Pekárek, Jakub ; Semerád, Lukáš (referee) ; Rydlo, Štěpán (advisor)
This thesis describes a method for creating a composite image with a visible bloodstream. The bloodstream is detected by the Maximum Curvature algorithm. After that it was experimented with detecting and matching keypoints via algorithms SIFT and ORB. However, the resulting matches from these algoritms were not good enough, therefore the keypoints have to be manually assigned. From these keypoints, an estimated tranformation matrix was created. This matrix was then used for connecting two images. A cycle of assigning keypoints and connecting images is repeated even for newly created images. The final composite image with a visible bloodstream is created after connecting last two images. This composite image can be further used for verification or identification people.
Digital twin of the heat exchanger station
Vancl, Radim ; Mihálik, Ondrej (referee) ; Husák, Michal (advisor)
The tesis deals with identification and realization of the simulation model of the exchange station. The theoretical part describes the concept of a digital twin and the components that are used in the model of the heath exchanger station. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part describes the collection of data from the exchange station model. The second part describes the design of the model and the simulation of the exchanger station.
Possibilities of pathogen identification using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry
Fusková, Lucie ; Strouhalová,, Dana (referee) ; Šalplachta, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the utilization of MALDI-TOF MS technique for the identification of plant pathogens, specifically targeting molds of the genus Fusarium affecting cereals. Molds pose a serious threat to agriculture and the food industry. Current identification methods are time-consuming and often fail to provide precise results. Mass spectrometry offers a rapid and reliable alternative. Identification via MALDI is characterized by its high accuracy, sensitivity, and speed compared to commonly used methods. The thesis addresses the optimization of the method using cultured fungal strains and the identification of molds in infected cereals. The results of the study demonstrate the potential of utilizing MALDI technique for the identification of plant pathogens.
