Design of small hydraulic press with "C" frame

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is construction of small hydraulic press with force of 200 kN. With that comes topics like calculations of hydraulic circuit and it‘s compilation and calculation of the frame with it‘s construction. With the help of those two main topics we will be able to assemble whole hydraulic press machine. After completion of calculations and simulations, arises technical documentation of the machine.

This work deals with design of workshop hydraulic press, which is used for basic forming and assembling. In this work will be shown basic principes and dimensions of hydraulic presses, It will show categories of hydraulic presses based on technology of use. We will design hydraulic press adjustment, hydraulic parts and frame of the hydraulic press.

Production of gully

The project elaborated design of technology production of the gully – the rotational extract with flange from the deep drawing corrosion resistant sheet iron 1.4301. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit and calculation was designed drawing without thinning the wall in two operation and that in one instrument with two bottom holders enabling their combination into one stroke. The drawing instrument makes use of as standardised components as construction elements calculated using calculations and consist of three parts. The bottom and upper are magnetically clamped on the hydraulic drawing press Dieffenbacher PO 250, with nominal tensile force 2500 kN. Both drawing punches and drawing dies are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

Production of uncapping tray

The project elaborated design of technology production of the extract - tray made of stainless steel 17 240. Based on literary study of deep drawing together with calculations, was designed drawing in instrument with holder. The drawing instrument make use of standardised components and it is solving forms to make up stand fitting to hydraulic press CYS 320, with nominal tensile force 3200 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from high alloyed steel 19 573 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

Production of a rotating vessel

The thesis is concerned with the concept of an rotating vessel, that is a part of cotton candy machine. A drawing is cylindrical shape with circular a hole in the bottom, which is made of austenitic chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 with the thickness 1,5 mm. Due to the production volume 50 000 units per year, the pulling technology without wall thinning was choosen. The process of drawing will be performer in one operation. Due to calculated force, the ZHS 400 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 4 000 kN was chosen.

Marketing Mix of a Selected Engineering Company on B2B Market in Russia

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of a concrete company, which is operating in international environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to the topic. The analalytical part of the thesis focuses on the business environment of company Dieffenbacher CZ, assuming its future expansion to Russian market, while the results obtained are further summarized in SWOT analysis. The practical part offers proposals and recommendations from the perstective of marketing mix for successful entry of a selected engineering company to Russian market based on the findings from the complied analyses and theoretical concepts.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on structural modifications of the universal columned hydraulic press. The thesis proposes justifiable structural modifications of fundamental parts of the press, including material choices, and necessary calculations and simulations of material strength and deformation characteristics. Calculated specifications of the unit that powers the press are also presented.

In general research are defined the imperfections of commonly available devices on the market. Based on that are designed three conceptual proposals as a solution of these problems. The most suitable one is chosen and the critical crucial points are verified as well as the production price.

This work deals with the design of a hydraulic workshop straightening press. This press is used primarily for basic operations needed in manufacture, such as straightening the steel plates or shafts. Furthermore, it is be used for bearing assembly or bending metal sheets. The essential parts of this work are the design of the electro-hydraulic circuit, the design of moving the press frame and the analysis of the mechanics of the material.
