Financial analysis of Kubíček - Amis spol. s r.o.

This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the financial situation of Kubíček-Amis, spol. s r.o. using selected methods of financial analysis in the period 2013-2017, interpret the results, and propose appropriate recommendations to improve the situation. The proposals will be submitted in selected main areas, which will arise from the analysis and consultations with the company management. The bachelor thesis contains three main parts. The theoretical basis of the work provides a basis for the implementation of financial analysis and the calculation of partial indicators. The financial analysis is then carried out in the section Analysis of the current situation. Based on the results obtained in this part of the thesis, proposals and recommendations are presented in a separate part of the thesis.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evalution of the financial situation of selected company for the period from 2009 – 2016 on the basis of selected methods of financial analysis and then on proposals for its improvement. The thesis is dividend into the four parts. The first part contains the main objective and the metodology according to which the objective will be achieved. In the second part there are described the main theoretical knowledge of financial analysis. The third practical part deals with selected company, where there are applied selected methods. The end contains measure to improve this situation.

The Evaluation of the Financial Situation’s Company

The financial situation and financial economy are to be controlled by a whole complex of indicators and their values looked on in the time progress and context so that the evaluation outcome may reflect the whole economic state of the company and enable to point out causes of the actual situation. If the firm shall be economically flourishing, the financial analysis has to be a part of the complex of the company´s financial management because it provides a feedback between the expected effect of managing decisions and experience. The elaborated analysis is focussed on detection of weak and strong points of the firm. All the data used in this work are drawn from the provided firm documemtation. The goal of my diploma thesis was to elaborate a financial analysis containing my theoretical experience. I have gained by my study at the College with the relevant data in the present company. A particularly substantial task of my work was to bring running of the existing company´s businesses to light. Despite of the fact that the financial analysis does not bring a complete answer to all question the company have been asking themselves, i tis a great constribution to the evaluation of the past development, detection of problematical areas and prediction of the future development.

The purpose of this bachelor‘s thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation in the selected company in the period from 2014 to 2018 and proposals to its improvements. The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ratios. The practical part puts methods from the previous part in use and calculates individual financial ratios. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor thesis evaluates the past and present of the company ELKOV elektro a.s., and the future financial conditions of the company are predicted. First, selected indicators are selected, followed by their calculation together by calculating their comparative bases. In the second part I deal with the analysis of absolute, difference, ratio indicators and their systems and their comparison with the selected comparative bases. In the third step, I evaluate the development of indicators over time. The following is an evaluation of the mutual relations between the ratios - revealing the causes of the current state and development. Finally, suggestions for improvement are provided.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals to its Improvement

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Truhlářství Roman Parolek, s. r. o. over the years 2011 to 2014. The first part describes the theoretical background used to approach the issue. There are also described the methods and ways of calculating of financial analysis. The second part of this thesis focuses on the analysis of internal and external environment of the company and the actual execution of financial analysis. According to the findings, in the conclusion there are analysed vulnerabilities of the company and suggested measures that would contribute to improving the company’s financial situation.
