The Design of the Deep Foundation of the Apartment Building in Vsetín

The topic of this bachelor thesis is optimal design of deep foundation of apartment building in flysch geology while respecting the static and economic aspects of problem. Design of foundation is based on recieved informations regarding load from upper structure and also on engineerging-geological survey which was made on the future building site of the planned construction. The calculation of solitary pilot is made by author manually in Smath and verified by GEO5.

The aim of the diploma thesis is construction-technological project of the whole construction focusing on the main building object - Apartment building, which is based on large-diameter drilling piles. The basis of the work is the budget of the main building and its timetable. Part of the thesis is a solution of organization of construction and design of building site equipment, technological regulation of selected activities, quality control and solution of transport relations including oversized transport. In addition, the design of the machine assembly, assessment of lifting mechanisms, safety and health protection and protection of the environment are solved.

The discussed object is located in the conservation and residential area of the city. The aim of this thesis is to deal with the technological regulations of the earthworks and fundamental constructions in which case there are built up proposals of mechanical assembly, control and the trial plan, the time-schedule plan, itemized budget including statements of measurements accompanied and summarized technical report, solution of broader logistic relations, healthy and security rules at work.

The goal of this master thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building in Uherske Hradiste. Specifically it is focused on the building SO 01. The thesis contains a technical report for the construction-technological project, the solution of construction logistics, the object time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a technological specifications for monolithic structures, an inspection and test plan for monolithic structures, a project of the construction site equipment, a timetable for the rough construction, a design of the machine assembly and its assessment, a plan for securing resources for the rough construction. There is also provided item budget including a bill of quantities and supporting statements, a BIM model of the rough construction facility, noise study, formwork drawings and detail.

Object M consists of 2 independent construction parts connected by the hall. Bachelor´s thesis deals with: deep foundation based on large diameter concrete piles, drilling, soil compacting and little excavation works, concrete foundation slab. The bachelor´s thesis also deals with construction zone equipment, time schedule, site plan – building situation with wide transport relations, itemized budget, machinery for foundation construction, schedule of exams and controls of deep foundation and at least safety and health protection at work.
Preparation for the construction of Pavilion N at the Silesian Hospital in Opava

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the realization of the rough construction of Pavilion N in the Silesian Hospital in Opava. It is an eight-storey building, with one underground floor. The diploma thesis contains a technical report of the construction technology project, study of the implementation of the main technological stages, solution to the wider relationship of transport routes with the design of supply routes, object time and financial plan of the construction. In addition, I dealt with the time schedule for the rough construction, the itemized budget for certain processes, the construction site equipment project, the design of machine assemblies and mechanisms. This work includes a technological regulation for foundation structures and a technological regulation for monolithic structures, determination of the formwork removal time of the given structures, control test plan, health and safety plan, noise study and plan for ensuring material resources.

The building is based on drilled piles, reinforced foundation strips and a foundation slab. The thesis contains a technical report, construction logistics, technological specifications for earth works and foundation constructions, an inspection and test plans. There is also provided item budget including bill of quantities, a construction schedule, a machine assembly proposal, design of the site equipment including the technical report and occupational safety and health protection.
Technological stage of the substructure of the Faculty of the Environment in Prague

This bachelor thesis is an assessment of the technological planning of a Czech agricultural university in Prague, Faculty of the Environment substructure. Thesis focuses on the mechanisation as well as process of the construction. The building consists of three underground and four aboveground floors. Altogether seven floors are built upon a concrete slab foundation, supported by piles. The content includes technical report, general layout, vicinity plan, ground works schedule, the process of construction sheet piles and soldier beams with anchors. Technological schedule include the machinery schedule together with technological tests schedules, followed by the site facilities plan, moving on to bill of quantities, budget time schedule, H&S quide and a construction noise pollution report.
