Block of flats, Újezd u Brna

This work deals with a new building – block of flats on land no. 1799/1, 1800/1 cadastral Újezd u Brna, region Brno - venkov. This building contains 15 individual flats. The object is geometrically divided on central part with gabled roof and 2 side parts with hip roof. Slopes of roofs 10°. Building is designed as three-storey object without a cellarage, whence all three storeys are residential . The building is accessible from local road and it is possible to park a car next to the object in new-build parking place. Residential rooms are positively rotated to south and ventilated naturally. All the residential rooms are exposed to direct day light. Sidewalk and hard surface are treated as concrete and scrubbed pavement. Construction peripheral bearing masonry, interior bearing masonry and cross buntons effected from ceramic breeze-block POROTHERM. Ceilings plates are made of reinforced concrete. Staircase are made of reinforced concrete as well.
Detached House with Confectionery

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is processing of building – technical part of project documentation for realization of new building of family house and confectionery in village Květnice. The building is designed for a family of five. The proposed building has two floors. Is designed as a standalone house on a flat terrain. The supporting system of the building are made up by system Porotherm. The roof is flat over the confectionary, over RD is solved by modern truss. The roofing system is used Bramac.
Adaptation of a vicarage building

The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the proposal of the parish building remodelling in the village Provodov. The building itself will consist of the multipurpose hall, accommodation, and public bathroom. The objective was the preparation of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction. The existing building is of rectangle ground plan with the hip roof and in the scope of the remodelling there is proposed an expansion of the building with two extensions. One extension is in the north-east part of the building, more specifically in the whole width of the original side of the building. The extension will be dilated in all the constructions of the existing building. The above-mentioned building is single-storey, and it consists of reinforced concrete skeleton supporting system. The second extension appears in the south-east and north-west sides of the building. This extension expands the space of the attic which will form the second floor of the building. The brick supporting system has been used and it consists of the ceramic construction blocks Therm. Both extensions are roofed with the shed roof of the low slope with the steel plates roofing. The whole building is insulated with the compact multilayer insulation solution ETICS. The double-skinned facade with the surface wooden board facing has been applied in the extension areas.
Apartment building Skřivánek

This bachelor’s thesis processes project documentation for cunstruction works of one new apartment building in Ústí nad Labem. It is a four storey non-basement building including 10 apartments, 2 of them are intended for diasbled people. Apartments on the ground floor have barrier-free tercce and each apartment on the higher floors has a spacious balcony. Every apartment has own storage space in common areas. Masonry is designed from ceramic masonry prefabric blocks, external masonry is filled with mineral wool providing thermal insulation. The ceiling system is made from reinforced concrete slabs, roof is sloping hipped made of wooden lattice trusses.
Wellness pension

The diploma thesis deals with a work out project documentation of wellness pension. The new building is located in the cadastral area of Moravské Budějovice. Object will be used as a accommodation with an opportunity for hosts using a wellness. The accomondation is in the second and the third floor. Wellness is in the first floor. There are 14 parking lots for cars. The first part of roof is designed as a vegetation flat roof. The second part of roof is designed as a hip roof. The objekt is based on concrete foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made of ceramics bricks. The ceillings and stairs are made of reinforced concrete.
House with business premise

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new family house with a functionally separate confectionery plant, which forms a separate operational and functional unit (has a separate entrance). The building is located in an undeveloped locality of the village Prace in the cadastral area of Prace, Brno-venkov on the plat number 776/7 and plat number 776/8. The land is located on Blažovská Street. It is a two-storey family house with a partial basement and a hipped roof of small slope. Part of this new building is also an outdoor warehouse and a garage with a flat roof, which forms the space of the terrace on the second floor. Two terraces are also located on the first floor. The family house is the dominant building thanks to the columns supporting the terrace and balcony on the east side and forms a supporting structure for the hipped roof, thanks to French windows from RI-windows, designed on both floors and decorative roofing and polystyrene dividing strips from JKR GROUP. The building has two main separate entrances and two secondary entrances. The main entrance to the family house is located on the first floor, there is a kitchen with access to the terrace, living room, sanitary facilities and a laundry room with access to the garden. The main entrance to the confectionery is also located at the first floor and is designed as a barrier-free. The patisserie has a storage room, toilet and kitchen for two staff. The second floor consists of sanitary facilities, rooms and bedrooms with dressing room and access to the terrace. In the basement there is a utility room, sanitary facilities, warehouses, a cellar and a gym. As part of the confectionery's operation, an outdoor parking space is designed for 3 cars and one space for people with disabilities and disabled people.
Boarding House Mikulov

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new boarding house with restaurant in Mikulov. The building has 2 above – ground floors and a partial basement. In the basement is utility room and fitness room. In 1st floor there is reception, restaurant with facilities and rooms for accomodation. One room is designed as a berrier – free. In the 2nd floor there are rooms for accomodation, facilities for cleaning and common room. The vertical supporting structures are designed from clay masonry, in the basement of the concrete formwork. The building will be covered partly by flat roof, hip roof and partly by vegetation roof. The design documentation has been prepared according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Boarding House in Strážnice

Diploma thesis solves proposal of the boarding house in Strážnice. The building is situated in the western part of Strážnice near the boat dock. Access to the pension is from the main road or on the cycling path leading along the city river. The boarding house is designed on a bed of 50 people with the possibility of a restaurant for port visitors and the public. The building has a parking space and terrace. The boarding house is two-storey with hipped roof. In the 1st floor is a restaurant with kitchen, reception with facilities for staff and smaller rooms for guests. The second floor consists of apartments and rooms. The building is brick with monolithic ceiling construction. The roof structure consists of trusses. Integral part of the landscaping with small architecture. The façade finish consists of ceramic brick cladding, scratched plaster with wooden accessories that fit into the surrounding landscape.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the project documentation of the construction of the accommodation facility. Thecapacity of theboardinghouse is 32 beds. Thebuildingisdividedinto 3 parts, accommodatedwiththree-storeyeddining, accommodatedtwo-storey, single-familyhouse. On the first floor there is a main entrance, reception, dining with backgrounds. On the first floor there is also a room for people with limited mobility. On the second and third floor there are guest rooms. The second floor is accommodation for staff. The building is bricked with a saddle and canopy roof. The project was processed using the AutoCAD software.

The subject of the thesis is the construction and technological preparation of construction multifunctional building in Šumperk. The work includes a study of the implementation of all major phases of construction technology, building equipment, time and financial plan, design of the main building mechanisms, the timetable for the main building, technical regulations, inspection and test quality plan, schedule of occupational health and safety risks with the plan and selected structural details.
