The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project of warehouse and production facility - Nihošovice . The thesis is mainly focused on the study of the main technological parts and technological specifications for the implementation of the mounted frame, which solves loadbearing system of the building. For the technological specifications is processed control plan , health and safety . The thesis project consists of building equipment, technical reports , time and financial plan of the SO A1 , the proposal of machines and mechanisms, coordinating site plan and block plan of traffic routes , plan for securing material resources , time and financial plan object .

Diploma thesis Pension - riding school is processed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located on a parcel file with parc. no. 583/1, 584/1 and 16/1, in the village Vávrovice, which falls under the statutory town of Opava. It is a new basement house, which belongs to the civil, specifically in OB3 terms of fire safety. The building has a cross shape with a central raised portion compared with the lateral sides. The central part has 3 floors and the ground, which can later be used as an attic, two side sections have only 1.NP and attic. The shape of the roof ridge. The building is made of aerated concrete blocks YTONG and fully insulated.

Technological stage of realization foundantion of storage and factory building

Goal of bachelor thesis is work on construction-technological project of two-aisle hall foundation. Hall load-bearing structure is designed from frames loaded by steely joints. Foundations ratio of building site is complicated therefore will be placed gravel-sand pillows under socle. Building is located in non-developed site on plane terrain and will continue on current factory building. Park of the work will be technological construction of foundation, design of machine set, financial plan and schedule of realization.

Bachelor thesis contains selected parts of technological studies for the construction of apartment blocks on Bochořákova street in Brno. The processed documents will be discussed primarily a technological study of technological realization of the main stages for the specified object, time and financial plan construction, the basic concept of the building operation, technological code for masonry structures and the technical report for the construction of technological study.

The subject of this Bachelor‘s thesis is newly built house for 6 people in the village Slavoňov in district Náchod. House is a single storey, part basement building with residential attic. The building garage, office and residential terraces partially protrude from the main body of the house. The house is designed as a brick building from the ceramic blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled main mass with eccentric ridge. Over the working place is designed shed roof. Above the garage flat ply roof. The land is longitudinal, long side oriented SW-NE direction. Slightly sloping, downward from the road. All structures comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.

Detached family house, Loučka

This bachelor thesis is focused on a design of a single-family house suitable for four permanent residents. The object is situated in a sloping terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Loučka. The house has two above ground floors. Plan dimensions of the house are 11,50 x 7,90 m. The entire building is covered with a gable roof. Vertical load-bearing structures are constructed from ceramic blocks and insulated by contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Foundations are made of a plain concrete. The thesis also provides a project documentation for a construction including ten constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions.

The objective of this thesis is to draw up the design documentation for the construction of a single-family house. The detached house will include a two-car garage and will be built in the northern part of the village Moravské Knínice, a brick building with two above-ground floors and one underground. The roof is a saddleback. The vertical load-bearing structure, as well as the non-structural construction, is designed of Heluz ceramic bricks. The total construction area is 162,85 m2.

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is newly built family house including engineers office located in Roztoky. The building is divided into two parts. First part is two-story residential section. This section is isolated from public road by the second part. Second part is single-storey openspace oficce with separated headquarters and meeting room. The building is designed as a structure to be built from cut brick units with ceramic ceiling structures. The buildings roof is flat construction and it is designed to serve also as terrace on single-storey part of the house. Building land is slightly sloping down from the public road. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.
