Jedná se o rodinný dům s obytným podkrovím. Dům je řešen jako bezbariérový pro osobu s omezenou schopností pohybu. Je použit systém Heluz. Zastřešení hlavní části domu je řešeno sedlovou střechou, nad garáží plochou střechou. This is a family house with residential attic. The house is designed as a barrier for a person with limited mobility. Heluz system is used. Roof of main parts of the house is done gable roof, flat roof above the garage.
