Constitutional and Legal Aspects of the Development of the Party System in Chzechoslovakia after 1989

This bachelor thesis is focused on democratic transition and forming of pluralist political system at the federal level of Czechoslovak federal state which took its start during so called velvet revolution in November 1989 and meant rejection of previous not competitive model of one party rule which did not accepted real opposition and have only tolerated satellite political parties to Communist party of Czechoslovakia, that did not opposed its monopolist model of government. After fell of the communist regime gradually emerged and crystalized a pluralist party system. First part of this thesis is focused on theory of democratic transition and consolidation subsequently there is space dedicated to the theory of political parties and party systems. Second part is single case study dedicated to description of the Czechoslovak transition with regard to theoretical concepts of the theory of democratic transition and consolidation and through content analysis of relevant laws and constitutional laws are observed emergence and subsequent forming of pluralist party system at the federal level of the Czechoslovak Federative Republic. The examination of the effect of titanium dioxide on the properties of lead-acid batteries

Despite, considerable advances in technologies for storing electrical energy, lead-acid batteries are still the most widely used these days even it was invented more than a century ago. The functionality remains the same since its invention. Today´s time puts certain pressure on improving some aspects of the functionality like, heat management, charging and discharging speed, capacity and durability etc..... This bachelor´s thesis is based on the last mentioned, Durability,. The work presents the theory of acid batteries with the history of chemical reaction, technological production processes and battery construction. It is followed by a chapter about titanium and titanium dioxide as an addition of negative active mass where all the aspects are being examined in this work.

Manufacturing of castings of a frame of Praga 500 BD motocycle

The bachelor degree thesis deals with the complete production technology of replica castings of motorcycle frame Praga 500 BD. In the first part of paper is described the historical development of fabric Praga – BD and technical parameters of motorcycle. In the second part is exactly described the production process of model device, comparison of material variants for model producing, forming and preparing metal including casting. Finally the heat treatment and machining castings are described there. The result of work is fabrication of working replica castings of motorcycle frame.

Manufacture of cast iron mortar replica

This bachelor thesis deals with the complete production technology of mortar replica. The first part describes the historical development of mortar and pestle in Bohemia and in the world. In the second part there is the description of the technological process of production of models and the methods of molding process. Finally, the production of the mold, subsequent casting and purifying process of the mortar are documented.
