Analýza soustav 5-ti těles s vazbami s pasivním účinkem
Podešva, Adam ; Marcián, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This work deals with the solution of systems of 5–bodies with passive effect (NNTP). Firstly, the theoretical and physical laws of statics are described and specific systems are solved. Important elements of the solution are kinematic analysis, system loosening, subsequent static analysis, equilibrium equations, their solution and analysis of results. In the first system, the influence of the passive effects and the change in the diameter of the pulley on the resulting force effects in the ropes are examined. Furthermore, in the second system, the work is extended by changing the trajectory of the movement of the body (weight) by means of an inclined plane, resulting in changes in the magnitude of the forces in the bonds. At the end of the work, the emphasis is on checking the bodies for rollover.
Grapple saw for loading crane
Koumar, Martin ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Aim was create "proposal grapple saw on round timber and sawn wood for loading hydraulic crane" of submitted work. Submission contained these entry conditions: maximum outreach, lifting moment, allowed load at setout 4m, other characteristics according to elect tractor trailer with loading crane those category. Estimate sectional surface grab and proposal basic proportions grapple saw was processed at first. Model was solved of grapple saw further. Check calculation of part of grapple saw were next step largely and option some components. Detailed assembly drawing was processed of grapple saw, drawings of parts and item list. Option quality materials and their ovenware were effected for individual single parts grapple saw also.
Construction of equipment for loading the sample on a universal testing machine
Ševčík, Ondřej ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Návrat, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis focusess on the construction of equipment for loading a sample onto a uni-versal testing machine. The designs came from analysing existing designs. The best pro-posal was then designed using SolidWorks. The product was then subjected to a MKP analysis, which examined the behavior of the loaded product together with the procures-braised model sample. Finally, all of the drawings were documented to prepare for pro-duction.
Mechanical analysis of roof lift
Sárkány, Zoltán ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the mechanical analysis of a roof lift in 2D, which consists of nine solid bodies. The first part of the work covers the basic necessary theoretical knowledge to solve the problem in terms of statics and dynamics. The second part of the work is the solution itself, where the equations of static equilibrium are compiled for different states of motion. Movement states where the elevator does not move at a constant speed are solved in terms of dynamics. The solution considers the effects of passive resistances. The output of the work is the resulting forces in the bonds and the assessment of the functionality of the bonds. The numerical solution was performed using the MATLAB program.
Static solution of a monolithic structure of an office building
Friedová, Lenka ; Kostiha, Vojtěch (referee) ; Zlámal, Martin (advisor)
The master thesis is focused on the design and assessment of the monolithic structure of an office building, respectively their main parts - slab, span, columns and basement wall. The static solution is performed in the SCIA Engineer 20.0.2028 computer program. The output of the thesis is a static calculation and drawing part, which is processed in AutoCAD software.
Rotary part produced on CNC machine
Ratica, Filip ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The diploma thesis contains an overview of the development of numerical control of machine tools and a historical excursion of the beginnings of numerical control. The work deals with the design and presentation of the component, and then the calculation documentation used to determine the load and safety of the component. After computational and design analysis, the work deals with the design of component production on CNC machines and the technological process of production. Finally, the production of the part is documented and evaluated.
Design of Device for Tyre Rolling Resistance Measurement
Piskoř, Martin ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a construction concept of tyre rolling resistance measuring device. The first part deals with the rolling resistance. It describes its causes, its influential factors and it also includes rolling resistance identification methods. The second part deals with construction design of the rolling resistance measuring device itself. It contains stress analysis, and fatigue analyses as well. It includes selection of transducers used for tyre rolling resistance measuring and also measurement error analyses. The last part focuses on estimated financial requirements connected with producing and assembling the designed measuring device.
Measurement of elektrical and nonelectrical quantities of motor drive for switchgear
Pěček, Dominik ; Dostál, Lukáš (referee) ; Valenta, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with measurement of electrical and non-electrical quantities on motor drive MP-BD-X230. As an introduction the classification of drives for switchgear is analysed and circuit breaker BD250 is described. Thesis continues by explaining application, basic nature and design solution of motor drive MP-BD-X230. Another step is description of workplace and devices which will be used for measurement. Measurement procedure of electrical and non-electrical quantities is also carried out accompanied by evaluation of measurement. Final part of the work deals with calculation of uncertainty of measurements with a reference to each individual measurement calculation and also deals with determination of measurement errors.
Analýza soustav 6-ti těles s vazbami s pasivním účinkem
Krček, Aleš ; Marcián, Petr (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the systém of six solids with links with passive effect. The first part deals with theory which includes basic terms of statics, description and characteristics of the neutral and passive links. The second part comprises of two examples that the influence of passive effects on the motional state are demonstrated on. Aim of each example is the calcuation of contact forces in links and the evaluation of function of links and the motional state. The solution is carried out with the computing software MATLAB.
Stress and strength analysis of the bike frame and compliance assessment at selected construction places.
Prášil, Jiří ; Horníková, Jana (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
Purpose of this work was the realization of stress and strenght analysis of the bike frame with the help of the basic elasticity approach. At first I had to transfer this task from three-dimensional to two-dimensional and also to simplify to fulfill the beam conditions. I also focused on static safety of the construction. This static safety was solved for two loading modes. First one was define as the load, which cyclist can induce, when he is going on the direct road. Second one was defined as the load, which he can induce, when he is going up to the hill. I used for these calculations mathematical software such as Mathcad 14 or Maple 12, but also modeling software especially Autocad for establishing correct dimensions. At the end I checked the stress and strain analysis obtained by the basic elasticity approach with the solution performed making use of the ANSYS software code.
