Automotive industry in the European area during the current world economy crisis and its perspectives

The purpose of the submitted thesis "Automotive industry in the European area during the current world economy crisis and its perspectives" is an analysis of the position of automotive industry in the European room, including Russia and eastern Europe, and of its perspectives in times of emerging of new global automotive players. The automotive industry is considered within the passenger car segment. First part regards the determination of the world macro regions and the development of automotive industry, including its position at the present time after the impact of the world economy crisis. The second part shows the automotive industry in the European area and the third part shows the perspectives of the automotive industry in the future. The final part sums up the previous chapters with a particular example of French automaker Renault and his cooperation with Nissan and Dacia.

It captures the period since 1952, ie since the inception of the Joint Assembly, an institution which immediately preceded the European Parliament, until the Treaty on European Union. It focuses primarily on power control, budgetary and legislative. There is recorded only their development but also the various causes that led to its change and expansion. Finally, attention is paid to the extent to which the European Parliament and the different powers applied to their application was respected by other EU institutions. Implementation and Impact of European Banking Regulations on the Czech Banking System

The thesis tackles the changes in the banking system of the Czech Republic concerning the implementation of uniform regulations. Goal of the thesis is to create a summary view on the process of implementation with harmonization a process before the Czech Republic joined European Union until now. Mentioned regulations aim to coordinate the rules for banking all across the EU, so the perfect environment for single European market is created. The thesis mentions the most important legal documents in the Czech Republic concerning this process.

Bilateral Economic Cooperation between Norway and Czech Republic

This diploma thesis is focused on main aspects of the economic cooperation between Norway and Czech Republic. Theoretical part describes main determinants of international economic cooperation. The analytical part analyses business environment in both countries, an influence of European Union on the economic cooperation, an activity of investment agencies and SWOT analysis of the Norwegian market. One chapter is focused on an import of the natural gas from Norway to Czech Republic, which is the most important part of the economic cooperation.
