Radar Antenna Diagnostic Module
Pacner, Petr
Faults in the electrical wiring can cause fatal problems in particular application. Therefore various Fault Detection, Isolation and Recovery techniques have been developed, able to detect these faults. Such Defects may occure on a coaxial cable lines in radar systems between transmitter (receiver) and antenna. The aim of this paper is to present simulations of sequence time-domain reflectometry method. The results indicate suitability of this method for transmission lines terminated with radar antenna and capability of reliable soft faults detection (short and open circuit).
Project Documentation of Electrical Wiring for the Family House in Scope for Realization
Kořínek, Tomáš ; Koval, Filip (referee) ; Morávek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate complete project documentation of electric wiring in family house. The theoretical part defines the principles of creating project documentation according to relevant laws, decrees and standards. The practical part contains drawing documentation of heavy and low-current circuits including LPS and also technical report, budget and diagram of individual switchboards.
Evaluation of economic efficiency of investments to the distribution grid in terms of regulatory environment
Oravčok, Ján ; Vybíral, Pavel (referee) ; Radil, Lukáš (advisor)
The first part of the thesis has a research character and solves the financial flows in order to evaluate the economic efficiency of investments in the distribution system. The next part describes the origin and principles of regulation in the electricity market in the Czech Republic. In the second part, the thesis deals with the calculation of the economic efficiency of the investment according to the Energy Regulatory Bulletin on a concrete example of the renewal of the external cable line in Telnice. Part of the thesis is also a comparison of the external and cable lines in terms of running costs. The conclusion explores the impact of the renewal of the power line on its operating costs in the distribution system of the Czech Republic.
Problems of measurement and evaluation of transient resistance in electrical engineering
Štěpanovský, Libor ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to introduce the revisions to electrical wirings and equipment, to get familiarized with the problems of transient resistance and with measurement of transient resistance in electrical engineering. The first part of the Thesis describes various types of revisions, the procedure to carry out revisions and the methodology that must be followed during the revision. The second part is dedicated to transient resistance. It mentions factors which influence the magnitude of transient resistance, methods used to determine the magnitude of transient resistance and a practical demonstration of a transient resistance measurement.
Radar antenna diagnostic module
Pacner, Petr ; Urbanec, Tomáš (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
Faults like open and short circuit in electrical wirings pose a significant threat on functionality of the whole application. This thesis describes conceptual design of a fault identification module for coaxial cables between transmitter and antenna in radar systems, and focuses on faults localization. The main goal is to select from existing a suitable method for such faults analysis and create a demonstration module serving as a basis for further development. This contains theory regarding basic classification of wiring faults and principles of frequently used detection methods including some of their prameters, advantages and disadvantages which altogether build a foundation for method selection. The chosen method is analyzed by simulations and further on laboratory equipment controlled by a set of computer applications. In the end the chosen method is implemented on a development kit, which is then used for measurements of wire sample.

Electrical Installation Project for Kindergarten
Macků, Dominika ; Bátora, Branislav (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The work has three main parts. The first part of the thesis introduces the problems of power and data installations to the reader. This includes related legislations, LPS, the methods of feeding the building by electrical power and the electrical wiring in the building, including their execution and protection. In the second part of the thesis are defined the principles of creation of electro design documentation. Mainly the requirements for their content and editing. An important point is the process of creating a design. The last part is practical. It is the elaboration of a complete wiring design of the kindergarten building, which consists of drawings and technical reports.
Electrical installation with intelligent lighting systém
Benčo, Tomáš ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Ondrejček, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is primarily to get acquainted with the possibilities of intelligent lighting solutions in buildings. The first part of this thesis consists of individual requirements and principles when creating project documentation wiring. Given that this issue is very voluminous content is not possible to describe all the principles, standards and requirements in the development of project documentation in detail. The next section focuses on the issue of intelligent building installations. Comparison between classical and intelligent installation wiring. Their advantages and disadvantages. Another part of this work focuses on the installation of intelligent, we chose the control system from Loxone. Its main parts, the way working and functionality that is able to perform. And the last part is the overall drafting of installation of the house, which is divided into classical and intelligent part.
Electrical installation of family house - implementing documentation
Hájek, Karel ; Morávek, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
Main goals of this bechelor´s thesis are devided into three parts. First part introduces reader with power and data instalations issues including legislation necessary for project creation in electrickal engineering, object connection to distribution network, basic electric wiring including circuit breakers and electric wiring design in residential buildings, which mainly speaks about ways of installation of electric wiring and elektrical zones. In addition internal and external lighting protection and basic information about switchgear. Second part defines of project documentation creation, both design and text part. The last part is the practical part that looks into complete electrical installation of family house project, which contains marking both low-power and high-power circuits into plan view, house switchgear and electro meter scheme, LPS design and technical report with economical evaluation.
Implementation project of electrical installation for family house
Al-Farra, Mohammed Hashim ; Ptáček, Michal (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
Today, more and more homes and other buildings are equipped with intelligent applications and are remote-controlled through a PC, smartphone or tablet. Within a couple of years, almost any new construction – from villa to apartment, school to office, store to care center – will be equipped with intelligent systems, So I will be talking about the characteristics, advantages and where and when can we or should we consider using intelligent electrical installations and how can we accept it to be more valid choice for our future buildings. Furthermore, I’ll be presenting a couple of examples of electrical installations where you will see an example of how can we make an evaluation for this design, but nevertheless, all the projects and the design should be done under the Czech Norms and Standards and it should follow the Czech regulations in order for it to be a doable project, so I’ll be talking about those norms and standards before I discuss the installation and the design themselves.
