The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the problem of labour law relations at the selected employer. In the theoretical part there are explained concepts related with labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting point of view. Based on the analysis of the contractor’s current situation in the field of labour law relations there are suggested possible solutions to his issue, which is lack of employees.

It focuses on analyzing of financial savings, which can be reached in the process of filling a new occupational position whether through the concessions from job centres or employing of disabled persons. Based on this analysis it assesses whether and how effectively the employer Mihal, Ltd. uses these savings opportunities and also suggests the most effective ways to take advantage of these savings.

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the basic terms of the employment relationship in all its forms its legal requirements of both the employee and by the employer. This thesis focuses primarily on the Establishment of an employment relationship. The analytical part aims to analyze the current state of our elected branches of employers and suggest possible solutions to problems relating to staff shortages.

Atypical Forms of Employment

The thesis deals with atypical forms of employment, from their definition, through legal regulation to their use in practice. Atypical employment is a highly topical issue in labour law. This is confirmed by the development in the European Union countries, where an increasingly clear shift from the typical employment relationship model to atypical forms of employment can be observed. Atypical employment can be a tool to promote higher employment rate, flexible adaptation to the requirements of the labour market and reconciliation of work and family life. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters systematically divided into subchapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the development of labour law in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with labour law in the sense of its concept, subject and position in the legal system. The core part of the thesis is its third chapter, which deals with selected atypical forms of employment regulated by the Czech legal system.
