Práce se zabývá atypickými formami zaměstnání, a to od jejich vymezení, přes právní úpravu až po využití v praxi. Atypická zaměstnání jsou vysoce aktuálním tématem pracovního práva. Potvrzuje to vývoj ve státech Evropské unie, kde lze pozorovat stále zřetelnější odklon od typického modelu pracovního poměru k atypickým formám zaměstnání. Atypická zaměstnání mohou být nástrojem k podpoře vyšší zaměstnanosti, pružného přizpůsobení se požadavkům trhu práce a sladění pracovního a rodinného života. Práce sestává z úvodu, tří kapitol systematicky členěných do podkapitol a závěru. První kapitola pojednává o vývoji pracovního práva na území České republiky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá pracovním právem ve smyslu jeho pojetí, předmětu a postavení v systému práva. Stěžejní částí práce je její třetí kapitola, jež se věnuje vybraným atypickým formám zaměstnání, které jsou upraveny českým právním řádem. Rozboru jsou podrobeny dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, dočasné přidělení, agenturní zaměstnávání, pracovní poměr na dobu určitou, práce na kratší pracovní dobu, sdílené pracovní místo a výkon práce z domova. Po zhodnocení atypických forem zaměstnání jsou předloženy úvahy o možnostech jejich dalšího rozvoje. V rámci třetí kapitoly je zvláštní pozornost soustředěna na dohody o pracích konaných mimo... The thesis deals with atypical forms of employment, from their definition, through legal regulation to their use in practice. Atypical employment is a highly topical issue in labour law. This is confirmed by the development in the European Union countries, where an increasingly clear shift from the typical employment relationship model to atypical forms of employment can be observed. Atypical employment can be a tool to promote higher employment rate, flexible adaptation to the requirements of the labour market and reconciliation of work and family life. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters systematically divided into subchapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter deals with the development of labour law in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with labour law in the sense of its concept, subject and position in the legal system. The core part of the thesis is its third chapter, which deals with selected atypical forms of employment regulated by the Czech legal system. It analyses agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, temporary assignment, agency employment, temporary employment, part-time work, job sharing and performing work from home.
