The thesis nalysis current position of the company, it deals with inside and outside environment that influences business activities. By the inside and outside analysis of environment there are formulated Opportunities and Threats and below Strengths and Weaknesses. On the basis of findings, the work includes complex solution strategy, development and improvement company position, which should had help establish firm and fix her position on market.

The aim of my Master thesis “Business Plan for the Development of a Small Company“ is to provide a solution to how to develop a micro-company into a successful small company, which will have a real potential to find its stable position on the current market. My Master thesis consists of a theoretical part, problem analysis and my own proposal of the solution. The theoretical part deals with the key findings and solutions, which are further applied in the next part of my work. Analysis is focused on present and future company environment. Concrete recommendations have been formulated on the basis of analysis conclusions. The final proposal is formulated into a complex procedure, which provides the way to reach company development.
Price map of Prague's residential market

The diploma thesis aims to use determination method to make the most accurate cost estimates on apartments, determine average price ranges for m2 in housing areas with ongoing developer projects in Prague with minimum of 50 apartments. Based on the received figures, a price map of Prague will be drawn up that will allow for classification according to the selected criteria (e.g. -- parts of town, apartment categories etc.) Using this price map, particular price zones will be defined for individual apartment categories within the newly prepared Ekospol plc. project.
Analysis of Marketing Mix Tools in a chosen Firm

The thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing mix of the development company V Invest CZ and in the use of marketing research verifies the knowledge of tag Invest CZ a.s. and projects of the company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and analytical part. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with theories regarding the issue of marketing mix and marketing research in general. The analytical part of the work represents the company Invest CZ a.s., its approach to development projects, its history and realized projects. Furthermore, in the thesis deals with situational analysis company and marketing mix of individual projects of the company. In conclusion, the thesis presents the results of marketing research carried out to identify acquaintances tags in V Invest CZ a.s. and acquaintance of projects of the company, such as verification of the effectiveness of marketing, and in particular the communications mix.
