Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction

Title: Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction Objectives: The aim is to determine the effect on the fitness and weight of the individual motion intervention animation programs to a select group of animators, which activities include animation programs during the summer season from June to September and how they are demanding in terms of method, focus, intensity and time. Methods: The main methods are guided interview with animators, observation of animators and course of animation programs, measurements of anthropomethric parameters (weight, height) heart rate and resting heart rate of animators. Results: Animation programs are effective movement programs that meet all kriteria. The programs are versatile, covering all components of fitness. For whole season of four months: 56 hours on flexibility, 88 hours aerobic endurance, 48 hours power capability, 136 hours and 200 hours dexterity more components of condition together. Programs are also long-term, carried out in a time of eight hours per day, six days a week. The intensity of animation programs is the same for the animators whole season. Title: Research of customer satisfaction in Prague gyms focused on kettlebell exercises Objectives: Main goal of the Bachelor thesis is to find out the customers'satisfaction regarding group sessions and other services provided by Železná koule gyms. Based on information gained from customers' feedback, recommendations for the improvement of Železná koule operations have been prepared. Methods: In terms of work there was a quantitative research based on electronic survey. Research results were collected and shown through pie and bar charts. Results: The research shows that the clients are satisfied with the services provided by both Železná koule gyms in Prague. Activity of SBR Consulting in the Czech republic and its help to foreign companies in the area of sales

This bachelor thesis analyzes operation of czech consulting company SBR Consulting on the czech market. Objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe function of the company on the czech market in the period of last 3 years, bring out its products, make SWOT analysis and together with the feedback of its clients summarize strengths and recommend areas, where SBR Consulting should improve. Thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. First chapter is dedicated to theory which describes history of the consulting in the world in general, history of the parent company, and specifically defines methodology which company uses when providing clients with trainings. Second chapter, however, depicts practical part. It describes trainings of the company and despite the short functioning on the czech market confirms increasing number of clients in years 2014-2017 via time series. It also describes SWOT analysis based on feedback of its clients from questionnaires and interview from employee of SBR Consulting, Josef Dvořák. Eventually, last chapter explains reasons, why company SBR Consulting is not being rated as one of the best consulting companies among sales with comparison of its competition according to criteria of scientific articles such as Training Industry and Selling Power.
Prague pharmacies clients' awareness about treatment of tobacco dependence possibilities

Objective: to investigate awareness of customers of Prague pharmacies about the possibilities of treatment of tobacco dependence, including interventions by pharmacists. Methodology: the sample of around 200 respondents will consist of customers of selected Prague pharmacies who are currently smokers. To meet the research objectives, the following research questions were chosen: 1: How often in pharmacy are smokers interviewed about smoking? 2: What kind of smoking cessation support do them pharmacists offer? 3: Where would smokers search professional help with smoking cessation? 4: How much informed are smokers about professional help with quitting smoking in pharmacy? Data collection methods: data will be collected through anonymous questionnaires during an interview; data analysis will take place in MS Excel. Results and recommendations: the results of the questionnaire survey should identify smokers' experience with quitting smoking, including their knowledge of where to go for help to this end. The thesis can help to increase awareness among customers of pharmacies about the possibilities of quitting smoking offered in pharmacies and to increase confidence in pharmacies staff. As for recommendations, specific proposals and comments may be provided to pharmacies concerning smoking cessation advice.

The Future of Leisure Time Centres in Decin

This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of extracurricular education in Decin. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether the conditions for providing extracurricular education in leisure time centres and basic schools can influence the future of leisure time centres. Another goal of the thesis is to map and analyse the offer ot extracurricular activities in leisrue time centres and basic schools. The theoretical part is based on literature, laws, regulations and available resources. The research part deals with the offer and the conditions for the implementation of leisure assets. The population of respondents was chosen among children and parents. Selected sample comes from a group of people participating in extracurricular education for children and youth in educational institutions in Decin. The contribution of the thesis is recognition of the conditions which influence the choice of extracurricular activities from the point of view of children and their parents. The importance of applying manager skills for running liesure time centres and reminding the role of marketing when promoting the programme of leisure time centres for recruiting new clinets for their activities. The population of respondents among children and parents. Selected sample comes from a group of people participating in pet education for children and youth in educational institutions in Decin. Contribution of this thesis is to understand what influences the choice of leisure activities. How important the strategic planning is and the use of SWOT analysis in working on the planning. Reminding the importance of marketing activities to promote leisure time centres.
