The concentration of fine particles in the indoor environment of buildings
Turčina, Lukáš ; Linda, Jakub (referee) ; Köbölová, Klaudia (advisor)
The issue of health is given a great deal of attention. However, human health is mainly affected by what enters the human body during life. Therefore, the emphasis is mainly on the quality of water, food, air or the overall environment in which people live. This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of fine particles in the indoor environment of buildings, in which people spend most of their lives. Many of these particles enter the ambient air from the daily processes that people perform in the households. A high concentration of fine particles results in a greater probability of these particles entering the human body, where they can subsequently cause serious health problems. The theoretical part deals not only with the structure, size and impact of fine particles on the environment, but also on techniques for identification and measurement of fine particles, or methods of indoor air purification. The practical part is focused on the experimental measurement of fine particles in the indoor environment of buildings during everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning or using some equipment. The measurement results have shown that, especially during cooking and baking, a huge amount of particles enters the indoor air, especially PM1 particles, which have not yet received sufficient attention. Therefore, it is important to find suitable measures to eliminate these particles.
Home as Place of Rituals / Do not disturb! / Home Zone
Kubátová, Veronika ; Baráčková, Daniela (referee) ; Artamonov, Vasil (advisor)
I have been dealing with the themes of prefabricated houses and housing estates until recently. I was especially interested in their aesthetics. Order, grid and certain regularity and repeatability. At the same time, I was always interested in his social connotations, mainly because I live in these places. Gradually I became more interested in topics related to my own home. So I moved from the general themes to my own experience. But what is my home? Home is a place of utmost importance in our society. Home is made up of people, family. People have it associated with many rituals that accompany their lives often without actually being considered for them. Thanks to these rituals, we manage, among other things, the everyday influx of positive and negative influences of the surroundings and deal with them in various ways. Morning coffee, brushing your teeth, lighting a candle, wiping dust, filling a bath, scattering water on flowers, etc. Balance is the key to everything we do. And I would like to analyze, document and process these home and personal rituals in this work. The final thesis will consist of a free series of paintings with possible interventions and overlaps into video or installation, etc.
Proposal of Method for the Administration of Logistics Centres in the Conditions of the Czech Republic
Karafiátová, Hana ; Fajkus, Jiří (referee) ; Kledus, Robert (advisor)
This thesis deals with facility management. The first part handles facility management as such, its nature, basic concepts, historical development, instruments, ways of providing services and participants. Level of provided services in the Czech Republic is analyzed. Based on received knowledge of the field the other part is focused on detailed specification of facility management services provided in the area of logistic centers management. On the example of individual services there are described differences in management of logistic centres and possible solutions of these situations. The benefit of this thesis consists in providing a comprehensive view of logistics centres management and suggesting possible improvements.
Optimizing the Manufacturing Process in a Company
Vrána, Jakub ; Novák, Viktor (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with the management of the production process, focusing on unproductive activities. It comprises analysis of the current situation in the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. (the TCI) and suggestions for improvement measures. The first chapter presents theoretical basis for processing work. PMT methods, namely MTM and MOST, lean production with a focus on 5S, TPM and Kaizen are described. The second chapter is focused on the company TCI, core business, organization structure and analyzes the current status. It’s focused primarily on the process of critical non-manufacturing operations and the changeover cleaning process. The third chapter, following the analytical part consists of the proposed recommendations. The fourth chapter deals with the final evaluation.
Analyze of Packaging Impact on Insulating properties
Pulec, Jiří ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
Modern analog systems processing signals with very small amplitude are prone to distortion, which is caused by leakage between signal traces. Causation of this is contamination of insulating gap, which insulates these traces. Goal of this thesis is to design and manufacturing of test structure, which allows classification of influence of contamination on substrate on leakage, and another goal is classification of technologiacal processes in light of contamination of substrate with electroactive inpurities. Based on results of this experiments are defined rules leading to optimizing of properties of manufactured structures. Attention is applied to ceramic substrates with conductive traces which are created with thick film technology.
Business Plan for Establishment of the Company
Koukal, David ; Navrátil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Rompotl, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis defines the theoretical basis essential for building a business plan and simultaneously encompasses the building of a real business plan, which will be focused on the creation of a new company - KK-TECH s.r.o., which will offer complex cleaning services. The key aspect of the thesis is market analysis, which the company will enter, and a marketing and financial plan. I will use primarily data, which have been obtained while studying, and also data, which have been obtained thanks to working in said field.

Accelerating the Cleaning Process of Plated and Painted Steel Parts
Hoplíček, Ondřej ; Ročňáková, Ivana (referee) ; Čelko, Ladislav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on accelerating (optimization) the cleaning process of steel holders used in a continuous process of painting and plating reflectors at HELLA AUTOTECHNIK, s.r.o. Mohelnice. The main aim is to reduce the total time of cleaning process by the means of production in the form of hooks and rods made from a combination of low carbon and stainless steel.
Nanoelectrodes for biophysical measurements
Márik, Marian ; Hrdý, Radim (referee) ; Hubálek, Jaromír (advisor)
The aim of the project is formation of nanoelectrodes on the silicon wafer surface by thin-film techniques combined with lithography and nanotechniques developed in LabSensNano. Project is engaged in lithography and in preparation of silicon wafers. Furthermore is proposed a brief proposal of electrodes, proposal of realization and current state of the experiment.
