An Apartment House - heating

Bachelor work consists of theoretical and numerical part. In the theoretical part deals with various methods of heating in apartment buildings. The numerical part deals with individual part of the heating system in the apartment building. For heating the apartment building was chosen central heating system with indirect hot water. As the heat source was chosen gas heat pumps in combination with condensing boilers.

Master´s thesis “Multifunctional building in Brno Medlánky“ is processed in the form of project documentation. Multifunctional building is designed as a detached house with a flat roof. The object has four above-ground floors with no basement. In the object there are twelve flats and three shops altogether. The object is made of building system Porotherm.

Polyfunctional Building

Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.

Heating of the Administrative Building

The project deals with heating and hot water renovated office building in Brno. It is an insulated basement building, which has three floors with dimensions of 36.4 x 20.0 m. Optimal heating system is solved separately for the operational part of the kitchen and office. Heating is mainly dealt with plate radiators with a local heat source. The theoretical part is focused on individual sources of heat

Heating of the Castle Granary in Blansko

The project deals with design of heating and hot water preparation in the renovated building of the Castle Granary in Blansko. The building has four floors and one basement with dimen-sions of 27 x 11.1 m. Heating is dealt with plate radiators, tubular radiators and convectors with a local heat source. The theoretical part deals with the heating surfaces.

System for Automated Monitoring and Control of Central Heating

This thesis deals with design and implementation of wireless system for automated control and monitoring of central heating. Some of the existing solutions and their characteristics are briefly introduced at first. The attention in this thesis is subsequently given to the analysis of wireless technologies and power supply methods suitable for home automation. With regard to ascertained findings, the design and subsequent implementation of system modules using Raspberry Pi, the ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller and the ZigBee communication modules were performed. The firmware for created modules was designed and implemented. The designed system can be controlled and monitored using a mobile application for the Android platform, whose design is also described in this thesis.

Of heat transfer fluid of heat systems

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of heating and hot water in the administrative building in Zlin on Jižní Svahy. The building has five floors above ground and one underground floor. There are designed two variants of heat source for heating and hot water (transfer sta-tions and gas boiler). Part A solves water quality in heating systems. Part B deals with design of the heating system, hot water heating, insurance and facility expansion, technical report and drawings heating in the building. The last part C is the experimental measurement of the quality of heating water in the CZT systems.

Optimization of the heating system in the flat house

This thesis solves hydraulic regulation existing heating system apartment building. It is a building of eight floors with dimensions of 21.0 x 26.0 m. The system se-amlessly heats the entire building residential building. Heating is the most original apartment, dealt with cast iron radiators. The heat source is CZT. The theoretical part is focused on the revitalization of heating systems.
