The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.

This diploma thesis deals with the business plan, which is the development of a new product of already established company. For good processing of the business plan, the findings are written in the theoretical part of the thesis. These include the data processed in the analytical part and also in draft part, which should reflect the current economic situation of the company and results in possible scenarios of the project.

In theoretic part there are mentioned theoretic resources for practical part. - Basic information about Xella CZ s.r.o., perspective of production, strategy of quality, actual situation in Czech market. - Characteristic of Break-even point analysis, break even point, purpose and sense of analysis, classification of costs - fixed and variable Practical part contains Break-even point analysis of company Xella CZ s.r.o., amount of the fixed and variable costs, calculations, tables, graphs, result of analysis, the summary and recommendation that should have make more effecient cost management of the company.

The thesis deals with a creation of a business plan to found a gym in a small town of Prostějov. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the methods of creation of a business plan are described and then they are applied in the practical part to form the actual project. The goal of the thesis is to find out if such a project is possible and economically feasible.

Indirect costs issues in construction company

Indirect costs currently gaining importance, as their share in the overall cost of companies increases. The biggest problem is their allocation and thus projecting them into the prices of construction works. This paper provides the theoretical background to the issue of concepts and classifications of costs and calculation of indirect costs. In the practical part is provided description of the specific construction company, which is composed mainly of ex post calculation of annual costs and a their comparison with the reference contract. In conclusion, it proposes a method based on activity-based costing.

The goal of this work is to design a business plan for building a company and its successful business. The company acts as a personal agency and it will deal with the activities, which are providing demand for employees abroad, who are missing in specific areas. The company will be located in Brno and also be represented in Norway. The theoretical part includes important basic concepts, which are close to the theme of this work. The practical part analyzes conditions and environment, which serve to build the intention and realization of the personal agency and its successful business.
