3D model of the selected object
Jirásek, Michal ; Vondrák, Jiří (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
Subject of diploma thesis is creation of a georeferenced 3D model of selected object by close-range photogrammetry. Part of the work is research of photogrammetric software’s and evaluation of accuracy of the model. Suggests a photogrammetric processing procedure in ContextCapture software. The resulting model was compared with a reference cloud of points determined by ground scanning.
Creating of 3D model of castle Spálené Poříčí
Paseka, Štěpán ; Štefanová, Eva (advisor) ; Čábelka, Miroslav (referee)
Creation of the 3D model of the castle in Spálené Poříčí Abstract The main aim of the thesis is the gathering and processing of the photogrammetry data and creating of the most realistic model of the chosen objekt as possible. The thesis also deals with issues connected with the gathering and prosessing of data, as well as with problems of surveying and gaining of spacial oriented data. The scaning of the object of the castle in Spálené Poříčí was done, and the realistic model was made in software Photomodeller 6. The surveying of the object was done as well, and thanks to that the coordinates of chosen points and known in S-JTSK coordinate system. These were used afterwards for setting the proportions of the model, as well as for the control and evaluation of results. The model was postprocessed in Google SketchUp 8 Pro. The result is the model of the castle with set size in file format .skp and a few of its visualizations. Keywords: data visualization, close range photogrammetry, Spálené Poříčí castle, Photomodeller, Google SketchUp 8 Pro
Accuracy Assessment of Photogrammetric Results from Low Cost and Professional Camera
Prokop, Jaromír ; Nosek, Jakub ; Kalvoda, Petr ; Veselý, Milan
The aim of the article was to assess the accuracy of photogrammetric results using images of a low-cost camera, a Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro mobile phone, and a Canon EOS 6D Mark II professional digital reflex camera. A total of 51 control and checkpoints were created at the chapel, and it was scanned by a terrestrial laser scanner. Bundle block adjustment and mesh model generation were performed using Bentley ContextCapture. 2D standard deviations and standard deviations of elevation at checkpoints and deviations from the reference terrestrial laser scanning point cloud were statistically tested. The results show that with a suitably selected imaging configuration, high-quality photogrammetric results can be achieved even with a low-cost camera
Combination of laser and image data from a mobile mapping system
Stránská, Petra ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the data integration of data from different 3D technologies, specifically data of close range photogrammetry, aerial photogrammetry using RPAS and terrestrial laser scanning. The thesis deals mainly with fotogrammetric processing in ContextCapture software and data integration in this software. The thesis also describes a construction of a calibration field. The points of the field were used as ground control points and check points during processing. The accuracy of the outputs was evaluated by statistical testing of the coordinate deviations of the control points. The result of the thesis is 3D model of one of the buildings located in the AdMaS research center.
Accuracy testing of mobile photogrammetry
Otrusinová, Jana ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a construction of a calibration field in the area of the AdMaS research centre (Brno University of Technology). Furthermore, photogrammetric data from the Riegl VMX-450 mobile mapping system has been acquired and processed. Selected points of the calibration field were used as control points. The other points of the calibration field were used as check points. As part of the testing, the coordinate deviations at the check points were assessed. The difference between the accuracy of mobile laser scanning and mobile photogrammetry was also evaluated. Coordinate deviations of mobile photogrammetry were tested according to standard ČSN 01 3410. Furthermore, a point cloud and a textured 3D model were generated.

3D Modeling in Photomodeler Scanner Environment
Ráczová, Gabriela ; Opatřilová, Irena (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
Purpose of this thesis is to create a 3D model of the bridge between buildings of Faculty of Civil Enineering on the street Rybkova. The 3D model was created by method close range photogrammetry. Ground control points were determined intersection and the coordinates were calculated. Photos of building were taken by camera Nikon COOLPIX 810. For processing of the photos were use a program PhotoModeler Scanner.
