Prevention of bullying before and during the COVID-19 pandemic

The bachelor thesis deals with the current trends of bullying in primary schools. The theoretical part includes, for example, the characteristics of bullying before the crisis, its selected aspects, bullying during the crisis and the experience with the implementation of bullying prevention in both periods (before and during). The text is oriented towards the theoretical presentation of the topic of bullying, i.e. explanation of concepts, stages, diagnostics, etc. The practical part deals with the experience of the approach to the implementation of school prevention before and during the pandemic. The aim of the thesis is therefore to find out whether teachers implement prevention also in the context of online teaching and how to improve it if necessary. In line with the aim of the thesis, a quantitative research approach is designed and used and data collection through questionnaires. The target group for the mailing are pupils and teachers of 2nd grade of primary schools in the South Bohemia region.
Mobbing and bossing - negative phenomenon at the workplace

The subject of the bachelor thesis is mobbing and bossing as a negative phenomenon that occurs in the workplaces. Mobbing is the systematic bullying of an employee in the workplace by colleagues, bossing is bullying by a superior employee. This thesis aims to map the incidence, frequency, characteristics and strategies of mobbing and bossing in the workplaces of government institutions and the private sector and to compare the occurrence of bossing in the workplaces of South Bohemia and Prague. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first, the theoretical part, defines mobbing and bossing, describes their features, causes, goals, strategies, aggressors and victims, consequences, defence and prevention. The second, the practical part, focuses on the quantitative investigation based on an anonymous electronic questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire survey are answered in detail and hypotheses are analysed and evaluated.
Prevention of Bullying in School Environment

The bachelor's thesis deals with a summary of existing knowledge about the issue of bullying and the use of this information in a questionnaire survey conducted among primary school teachers. The work also offers the opportunity to take into account different concepts of prevention and prevention programs that will help prevent a greater increase in bullying in schools. The questionnaire survey aims to find out to what extent teachers feel familiar with the prevention of risky behavior and how they evaluate the implementation of prevention and solution of possible risky behavior at school. The work maps the awareness of primary school teachers about the issue of prevention and thus provides possible correlations between various factors that may affect the relationship of teachers to bullying and its prevention.
Mobbing in the Workplace

The bachelor's thesis deals with mobbing in the workplace which is a long-term psychological terror among employees. These are covert, long-term and insidious attacks to drive the victim out of the workplace. Mobber carries out its attacks regularly, repeatedly and for a long time, at least once a week for at least half a year. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the issue of mobbing and on the basis of information obtained from the theoretical and practical part to propose appropriate recommendations that will lead to the prevention of mobbing in the selected company. The theoretical part contains basic concepts, history of mobbing and the origin of this word, types, causes, phases, occurrence, participants, consequences and prevention of mobbing. The practical part contains basic information about the selected company and the results of the questionnaire survey. This is followed by evaluation of research results and hypotheses and proposing own recommendations for the company which will help the company to prevent mobbing.
Bullying among children - Through the eyes of the pupils at Basic school Mazurská in Prague

The content of this Diploma Thesis is represented by the view and opinions of children on the problems of the bullying behaviour. The thesis includes both theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis explains some scientific concepts related to bullying, it presents the forms and views on bullying, it adverts to the direct and indirect signs, that can help the family or the school reveal the fact of existing chicane. The work also deals with the causes of bullying behaviour, and tries to find out how school can prevent and possibly resolve bullying. In this thesis, we can find the particular stages of bullying, the most frequent locations where bullying takes place, the risks and consequences that all come with bullying as well. The practical part is realized through a research. The collection of data was run at Basic School Mazurská in Prague 8. It draws attention to their differences and emphasizes their similarities which could be used in working with it. The work contains descriptions of some kinds of cyberbullying and their examples. It specifies the typical features of the aggressor and the victim, again in the contrast to the standard bullying. It gives instructions to the prevention of this socially pathological behaviour from the point of view of the user, his parents and the school. It describes the process of revelation and consequent investigation of cyberbullying and anew it deals with the measures of the school, parents and the user. It comments on cyberbullying aimed at teachers, it defines the attitude and tries to estimate the attitudes of teachers the cyberbullying. Alternatives of Home Violence Settling as seen by the Roman Catholic Church

My dissertation Alternatives of Home Violence Settling deals with various alternatives of how the home violence problems can be settled. The introductory chapter goes through the professional interpretation of the home violence term as well as causes, forms and specific signs of this violence type, being followed by description of its consequences and the myths which have gained a foothold in the general public. The home violence is characterized as a long-term, repeated and escalating physical, mental, or sexual cruelty to persons living in the common household; it takes place between close persons, adult family members, or also life partners. The victims, being exposed to long-term violence, lost their self-confidence, however, their fear and confusion increase; they also suffer from a good many various symptoms as depression, shame, decline of general state of health, or increased suicidal behavior. Chapter two focuses on the characterization of the home violence victims and delinquests as well. As to the victims, these can be everybody, irrespective of their education, age, social position or economic situation - women, seniors and handicapped persons as well as men.
