A Proposal for the Selection, Recruitment and Adaptation of a Worker to a Specific Job Position in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.

Topic of master thesis is Use of social networks for searching of future employees. Subject of this work is to analyse and following synthesis current state of personal marketing in chosen company XYZ, s.r.o. and evaluation which of social networks is the most profitable and useful for this activity. In first part is description of basic points related to this topic, such as description of social sites, attracting and hiring employees etc. In following part is basic description of automotive industry and selected company. Practical part is focused on current state of personal marketing in selected company, in this part are also results of quantitative questionnaire and costs of individual personal instruments. At last is comparison of current personal marketing with personal marketing over social networks a decision which of these methods are more advantageous for company. In conclusion there are description of possibilities how to use social networks in human resources and how to correctly communicate with potential applicant through mentioned social networks.

The thesis deals with the methods of recruitment and benefits system in a specific company. The text describes the individual recruitment methods that are used during the recruitment of workers in the production activity. The text describes the strengths and weaknesses of the individual methods. Based on this assessment, some recommendations are proposed to use new tools and to avoid ineffective ones. The current benefits system, which the company offers to its employees, is described and evaluated. Based on the questionnaire survey carried out among the employees of the Production Department, changes are proposed in the current benefits system. A new system of employee benefits is designed, which is divided into a solid core with benefits for all employees and an optional offer from which employees can draw benefits within a certain limit.

The thesis examines the importance of personnel marketing for the acquisition and retention of job seekers. The public sector is represented by the department of labour and the private sector by commercial job agencies. A SWOT analysis is made on the basis of current labour market trends and comparison of communication channels, registration of candidates, job offers and other services provided by employment intermediaries. The research is accompanied by a survey of 389 respondents. Finally, suggestions and recommendations are made to employment intermediaries in the areas of policy and strategy of acquisition and retention of employees, followed by a description of opportunities to deepen cooperation through personal marketing in the public and private sector.

This bachelor thesis introduces modern methods of employee recruitment and analyses their current utilization in the chosen company. The aim of the thesis is to recommend proposals for utilization of modern recruiting trends, particularly focusing on social media recruiting in the sales support department based on the existing recruitment process. For this purpose, the survey was conducted among students of Mendel university, mainly examining the use of social media in relation to the labour market. At the same time, strengths and weaknesses of used methods were identified. The conclusion, based on the analysis and results of the survey, provides possible improvements and recommendations for more efficient use of modern methods in recruiting in the chosen company. Among proposals is the expansion of the career site´s portfolio where the company advertises, participation in Career Day at Mendel university, creation of company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google+. Further suggestions are implementation of the paid account called Recruiter Corporate provided by LinkedIn for gaining a competitive advantage and creation of own web site for the sales support department.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the system of personnel management focusing on the area of recruitment of the selected company. The main aim of the thesis is to prepare proposals for changes that will contribute to improving and streamlining the functioning of the company in this field. The diploma thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with recruitment issues. Both Czech and foreign sources were used to process this part. The practical part analyzes the current situation in the company regarding the area of recruitment. The analysis was conducted on the basis of a controlled interview with the Personnel Department Manager. At the end of the thesis, based on this analysis, proposals and recommendations for improving and streamlining the management of the examined area are elaborated.

The second part then examines the process of recruitment and the methods of selection of employees in two companies. At the end of the thesis are written recommendations for each company.

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with overall process of recruitment and selection of employees. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described concepts for introduction the problematics with recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is focused on recruitment and selection of employees in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. Basis for the practical part represents especially interview with the personnel, information from company's website and their annual report. The aim of this thesis is comparison the theoretical information with the obtained data, subsequent evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of employees and propose improvements to the identified deficiencies.

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate individual stages based on the analysis of processes in recruitment methods for the company CN Group CZ. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part of the thesis highlights basic terminology and general information related to problems of processes. Practical parts describe the company CN GROUP CZ and the focus on process in recruitment methods for IT employees, which are currently used. At the last part, strengths and weaknesses of processes in recruitment methods are evaluated to recommend optimal solutions. Analysis and evaluation are based primarily on internal documents and interview with the main CN Group CZ recruiter.

This bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate and compare this process with theoretical procedures, methods and sources of recruitment and selection of employees. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basis for the practical part of the work. The practical part analyzes the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the LUX group, primarily two of the three companies, namely LUX spol., s.r.o. and LUX-Ident, s.r.o. At the end of the practical part, the strengths and weaknesses of the LUX group recruitment and selection process are assessed and recommendations are suggested to improve the process.
