This paper conducts a research in the field of transferring application logic to clients in web applications in order to reduce server load. It examines actions that can be performed on the client side in area of generating HTML code from structured data and data manipulation operations eliminating the need to communicate with server. It describes implementation of a JavaScript framework which turns this knowledge into practical use. It shows its usability on a simple information system. The results of the measurements show that the goal has been achieved and that the framework shows the way in which web applications with a strong emphasis on reducing server load can be made.

Psychological burden of family caregivers of seniors with dementia and its aspects in the family system
Broučková, Eliška ; Hrachovinová, Tamara (advisor) ; Šturma, Jaroslav (referee)
Taking care of seniors with dementia in the home environment can prove itself difficult not only for the individuals burdened with the main caretaking, but it is also challenging for their close family relationships. There is usually some way of sharing the care in the families, where more family members are put into a caregiver's position. Based on the semistructured interviews with the family caregivers this paper describes the alterations of the family relationships and the forms of support between the family members, as well as the common conflicts and rejections. The issue is being described from the point of view of the caregivers with a direct, actual and long-time experience in the home caregiving. Also the data of the interviews has been shortly compared to the information retrieved from the anxiety, depression and burden inquiries, all collected among the respondents. Reactivity in stress situation as a factor of recruitment
Šléglová, Vanda ; Čáp, David (advisor) ; Rymeš, Milan (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with a theme of reactivity in a stress situation with a main focus on its testing in the frame of recruitment process in organizations. After the introduction to the theory of stress and dimensions of personality, that play role during the process of stress coping, the text presents more or less comprehensive compendium of psychodiagnostic tools used in personal practice for testing a stress resilience. Principles of these methods are described. Besides the most common methods, such as interview, observing and anamnesis, some multidimensional questionnaires, where one of the dimensions involves stress resilience, are presented. Unidimensional tests, particularly aimed at this quality, follow. This review constitutes rather possibilities than methods really used in practice. Empirical survey would need to be done to reveal their actual usage. Survey design is suggested that would enable assessing possible usage of Rosenzweig's picture frustration test during recruitment process. The survey would consist of a pilot part, that would be based on interviews with HR recruitment specialists and a main, quantitative part that would assume a questionnaire distribution among higher number of HR specialists.
