Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Brno

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.
Implementation of the Subtructure of an Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the constructional-technological solution of the substructure of an apartment building in Zlin. It is an object with five floors and a basement with garages. The building is based on drilled piles. The bachelor's thesis includes a construction plan with a site equipment, technological procedure of earthworks and drilled piles. A set of machines, a quality control, a budget and a time schedule have been processed for this technological phase. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

Outer and inner walls are made of brick system. Internal pillars and ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The subject of my bachelor thesis is creation of carcass superstructure on Motosalon showroom in Ostrava, and time-economical comparison of monolithic and prefabricated construction technology. This thesis deals with the technological regulations for concrete monolithic construction and installation of prefabricated elements. It also contains a technical report, technical report of a building site, a draft of mechanical reports, construction timetables, itemized budgets, plan of inspections and examinations, environmental plan of the building, work safety, precast export plan, the solution of transport routes, the situation and site equipment for both technologies.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the stage of sheathing of an industrial and production ebm hall in Velké Poříčí near Náchod. The stage is focused on sheathing with Bond cassettes and Rockprofil cassette system including trapezoidal metal sheets. The work consists of the concomitant and summary technical report, solution of the site construction equipment, solution of factory routes, technological regulation, report of acreage, time schedule, control and test plan, work safety and layout scheme of sheathing.

The topic of this thesis is a collection of objects of the postharvest line in the village Horní Moštěnice by the town Přerov. The thesis resolves the time schedule along with the financial plan. In the drawing of the constructional plant is being solved the establishment of the whole construction. Further is it the technical report, site engineering study and a noise study. The thesis is focused on the storage bins, for which is being developed a detailed time schedule, a budget, a drawing of the machine configuration, a technological standard for the assembly of the storage bins, the principles for the construction management, technical management of the constructional plant, control and test plan, safety and health at work protection and the construction site noise.
Construction technology study of the construction of the bearing structure of manufacturing plant in Jihlava

Company engaged in modernization of locomotive vehicles progressively modernizing their industrial estate. A big investment become realization of new industrial hall for vehicle coating, simultaneously with a reconstruction of neighbouring production hall and a new connection to the water main, gas main and a new transformer station. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of bored piles and for assembly upper prefabricated reinforced concrete construction of coating hall. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans, work safety, time schedule and comparison of two variants of the cranes and all will be feasible in terms of construction rate and financing.
Construction-Technological Preparation of Warehouse and Administrative Building in Černá za Bory

The aim of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the warehouse and administrative building in Černá za Bory. The diploma thesis contains technological procedures for assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and realization of industrial floor. This work solves problems that could arise during the assembly of the skeleton and realization of industrial floor. The thesis contains a construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, the project of construction site equipment and the main design of machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, I created a variant solution of skeleton assembly including financial and time evaluation. Since the project documentation that was provided to me did not include any details for the skeleton placement, I decided to develop design details for the skeleton placement. Subsequently, I developed a plan for occupational safety and health. As a part of this work I made a comparison of industrial floors, both in terms of performance and economic. In order to find out the time demands, I prepared an exact timetable for the implementation of the main building. In order to ensure high safety and quality, I prepared a control and testing plan for the assembly of the skeleton and for the implementation of industrial flooring.
Construction Project for Implementation of Industrial Hall for Automotive Industry

This diploma thesis deals with construction technology project of a newly-built automotive industrial hall on the complex Hauk – Police nad Metují. The aim of the main construction object is to build a double aisle steel hall for industrial purposes including maisonette built-in which will become social and technical facility for prospective workers. The main construction facility is complemented by secondary structures, creating functional complex for required purposes. The thesis is focused on implementation of the main load-bearing prefabricated steel structure and cladding made of selected system. An integral part of the thesis include main technology phases realization study of the main construction object, a technological prescription filled-in with assembly drawings, a design of machine assembly including dealing with its transportation, a site equipment project, time schedules, a budget, a test and inspection plan and a security measures design for selected risks. The thesis is suplemented by a specialized section dealing with the heating of reinforced landscaping.
Implementation of Registred Office of Company POLNA corp. s.r.o. in Třinec

This master´s thesis deals with construction-technological project of administrative-production and storage complex in Třinec - Oldřichovice. It´s a new building of the main building, consisting of a two-storey administrative building and a one-storey storage hall, which is complemented by other sub-objects. The master´s thesis solves the realization of the building as a complex whole and in more detail focuses on vertical and horizontal supporting structures, made of steel elements and steel-concrete ceiling structure. An integral part of the project include studies of the realization of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations, complemented by assembly schemes, solution of transport routes and proposal of machine assemblies, site equipment design, time schedules, budgets, inspection and test plans and proposal of security measures for selected risks. The work is further supplemented by a specialized area that prepares the design and execution of intra-areal reinforced communications.
