The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of VOPOL a.s. for the period 2018 to 2022 and subsequently recommends specific proposals to improve the overall situation of the company. The theoretical part is focused on defining concepts, methods and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part presents a specific company and then a financial analysis is performed based on the information from the theoretical part. In the final part, proposals for improving the overall situation of the selected company are presented.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the economic and financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Laskala guesthouse operated by DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. and subsequent proposals for improving the situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first theoretical part of this thesis contains the literature research necessary for the second analytical part. In the analytical part, the financial statements of the company for the period 2018-2022 are analysed using financial analysis. The last propositional part is focused on the elaboration of proposals that will help DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. to improve the financial situation of the Laskala guesthouse.

The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The master‘s thesis evaluates the performance of an engineering company engaged in the production of agricultural machinery, analyzes the current situation between 2018 and 2022 and proposes the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard model. The thesis is divided into 3 parts, the first explains the goal of the work in details and the methods for its processing. The second part presents the theoretical side of the thesis, such as the explanation of the individual models of financial performance assessment, primarily the Balanced Scorecard model and its individual perspectives, including selected indicators of financial analysis needed for them. This knowledge is then practically used in the next part, which uses not only the financial statements of the company and the indicators gradually calculated from them, but mainly the individual perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard model, the set strategic goals of these perspectives and strategic actions leading to the fulfillment of the set values. Last but not least, the work is concluded with a summary evaluation of the proposal to introduce the Balanced Scorecard model into the company, together with possible benefits and risks of introduction, including their analysis and measures.

The thesis deals with the proposal of the financial plan of the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o. The first part of the work is focused on the theoretical bases that are needed for processing the given topic. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company DOSTA CZ, s.r.o is presented and its strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The last part of the thesis contains a draft of the financial plan for the next four years, which is further evaluated through financial indicators.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to recommend measures for improving the current financial situation through a comprehensive financial analysis of the company Stavebniny Libor Smejkal, which specializes in the sale and purchase of construction materials. It also involves assessing the current economic state of the company and proposing solutions to identified deficiencies. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical, and proposal. The theoretical part describes the importance of financial analysis and methodological approaches for its execution. The analytical part provides a brief introduction to the company and conducts the financial analysis based on theoretical knowledge. In the final proposal section, based on the results from the analytical part, options for improving the company's economic situation are suggested. The company analysis covers the period from 2018 to 2022.

In this master‘s thesis, I deal with the preparation of a draft of financial plan for company agriKomp Bohemia, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical part with methods, concept and goals. The second part of the thesis is about introduction and analysis the company. In practical part of the thesis on base of previous parts i will draft the financial plan of the company for the period of 2024 to 2027 in optimistic and pessimistic variants. The last step is assesment of the financial plan.

The first part of the work characterizes terms important to the given topic, which the bachelor's thesis itself deals with. The second part is devoted to the calculation and evaluation of the indicators themselves using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part of the work is based on the results of the analytical part and its part is the proposal of measures that would lead to the improvement of the current financial situation.
