Title: A Rating of training units in boys basketball by category of U14. Objective: Preparation, implementation and evaluation of basketball training units starting by U14 categories. The training units focus on a drill, training game and fitness training following by blending these three components. Methods: Preparing these training units I have used the professional basketball literature. This bachelor work is based on quantitative way of research. The raiting of training units was analyzed by the players of U14 category. Results: The following results were recorded according to the research. among the most popular training unit is the training games or the blending of game training with the drill and fitness training. The drill itself was rated as the worst training process. Key words: Rating, basketball, training process, drill, training game, fitness training.

TRAINING PROCESS OF YOUTH HOCKEY TEAMS HC KLADNO AND PZ KLADNO Summary: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains information about the sport industry which the work is related to, thus about ice hockey and theoretical description of principles, specifies and types of training used by the training process of children and youth. Practical part is occupied by training process of youth hockey teams HC Kladno and PZ Kladno. The objective of this work is characteristics of their training process and also description of using of training areas in the town and to compare it with their real using. Analysis of children preparing for football: category of older preparatory

Title: Analysis of children preparing for football - category of older preparatory Objectives: To examine the training process of football players in light of training content. To focus on stimulated locomotive abilities, practiced skills and used didactic forms in children training. To compare gained information from practice with theoretic resources. Methods: The base of practic part is the method of observation and interview with trainer (head coach). In inspections of training sessions there is composition of training content registered which is analysed afterwards. There are statistic methods of frequency and percentage expression used for obtaining results. In discussion I try to compare outputs of the practice with the theoretic ones by method of comparison. Results: The coach in training process mainly focused on stimulating coordination and speed abilities. The most often rehearsed activity of indivdual play was running the ball. From MOF coach used the most setting-up exercises and preparatory games but hardly even play exercises The coach aplicated the collective form in the most of exercises. Managing the training process in bodybuilding

Title: Managing the training process in bodybuilding Objectives: This thesis describes the sport of bodybuilding and its training process. It also describes aspects of managing the training process and based on own research determines what impact the training process is applied to changes in the state of training and performance. There is also considering the impact of specific training methods and intensification. Methods: In the research of this thesis, we used different testing methods. We performed functional tests, anthropometric measurements and biochemical tests. Based on these tests, we studied the effect of training programs for performance in bodybuilding. Results: We found that the use of specific methods and intensification has a signifiant influence on the performance of bodybuilding. We also found that effective management of training process has an overall positive effect on performance status in the bodybuilding sport. Keywords: bodybuilding, training process
Design of a web application for athletes and their training process management.

This master thesis deals with the development of the web application to support athletes and their training management. The application will be useful both for athletes and their trainings evidence and indicators calculation and for the couches and the trainings planning. The evaluation of the existing tools for the training management and evidence is made as a part of the thesis. Based on this, the consultations with the athletic couches, athletes and the author's experience, the functionality requirements are determined. The use cases of all the potencial users and the class diagram of the application are defined following the requirements. Latest web technologies such as Grails and Groovy were used during the application programming. The result is publicly available and running at www.goodathlete.cz.
