System for Recording Video from IP Videocameras

This diploma thesis focuses on multimedia streaming from IP cameras. Its main goal is to explain theoretical background of real-time streaming via computer networks, and describe development of a recording system. This recording system is meant to be used mainly in schools for lecture recording purposes. The thesis contains description on how a recording server application and web-based management system were developed. The theoretical part explains topics related to multimedia streaming, networking, and multimedia procesing, such as real-time streaming protocols, encoding, compression, network latency, network congestion and many others.

VoLTE service implementation in EPS-IMS networks

Diplomová práce popisuje VoLTE službu, vývoj a nasazení LTE (zaváděcí fázi, skutečný LTE stav a výhledy do budoucna atd.), EPC-IMS architekturu (popis funkce uzlu, rozhraní atd.) Komunikace mezi uzly a funkce, rozhraní a protokoly jsou používány v průběhu signalizace (SIP SDP) a datový tok (RTCP RTP). Práce stručně popisuje základní toky hovorů, typy nosičů (GBR and N-GBR), a to vytvoření / mazaní nosičů během komunikace. Další část diplomové práce o implementaci volte, instalace a konfigurace IMS. Závěrečná část diplomové práce popisuje zkoušky sítě a, analýzu protokolu.

SIP Protocol Implementation

This Master’s thesis deals in detail with the SIP protocol – a method of communication between two entities, various types of transmitted messages and their content. Few SIP libraries are introduced and two of them are used for development of an application for audio/video conference-calls. Compilation of OPAL and PTlib libraries for Windows 7 Professional (64bit) is described, and problems resulting from lack of information provided by authors. New improved “how to build” is presented. At the end, paper focuses on several ways of development of mentioned application.

The aim of this BC thesis is a comprehensive view of the problem of multimedia data transmission in ethernet. The thesis deals mostly with the description of the transport and signal protocols, explains their usage, describes their main functions and presents examples. Further substantial part of the thesis has been devoted to multicasting and service regulations in network by means of QoS.

The influence of the Liberal party on UK politics 1974-1983

The UK general election in February 1974 resulted in the first hung parliament after the Second World War. The result clearly signalled the British two party system is not what it used to be. The people of the United Kingdom was growing dissatisfied with the inability Conservative and Labour governments to tackle the lengthy economic difficulties and other contemporary issues. The dissatisfaction was mirrored by a decline in support for the two main political parties and thereby by an increase of support for third parties, especially the Liberal Party. That is the reason why the Liberal Party enjoyed in this turbulent period from February 1974 general election to 1983 general election a much greater influence on the British politics than at any other point from 1945 to 2010. The aim of this paper is to explore in detail not only the Liberal influence on British politics, but also on British policy and polity. The paper focuses especially on the Lib-Lab pact of 1977-1978, on the birth of the Social Democratic Party and its alliance with the Liberals and on the prospects of the Alliance for the next general election.

Voice Dialog System in Web Browser for Demonstration Purposes

Cieľom práce je navrhnúť a vytvoriť hlasom ovládaného asistenta(voicebota), ktorý bude ľahko nasaditeľný na webovú stránku. Používateľom tak bude poskytnutý moderný spôsob, ako prirodzene komunikovať cez internetový prehliadač. Hlavný dôraz je kladený na synchronizáciu medzi hlasovým asistentom a obsahom na webovej stránke. Synchronizácia je dosiahnutá obojsmerným prenosom hlasu a textových príkazov medzi klientom a serverom. Na to je použitá technológia WebRTC v kombinácií so signalizačným protokolom SIP. Práca sa zaoberá oblasťami ako VoIP telefonovanie, počítačové siete a strojové učenie(proprietárne rečové technológie od Phonexie). Benefitom nasadenia hlasového asistenta je zníženie nákladov na odchádzajúce hovory pre klientov, odľahčenie agentov na call centrách pri odpovedaní na často kladené otázky a zvýšenie záujmu zákazníkov vďaka použitiu nových technológií.

Development of the Sudeten German political movements in the yars 1933 - 1938

The master's thesis "Development of the Sudeten German political movements in the years 1933 - 1938" is focusing on the formation and development of Sudetenland German political movements in the Czechoslovak Republic. It deals with the situation of German minority group, it analyses the assumptions and also attempts for unification of German (negativistic) political field in the process being aimed at establishment and forming Sudetenland German Patriotic Front (SHF) in 1933. The thesis subsequently follows up the chronological development of Henlein Movement (SHF), the relation to other German political parties and the state, and also the transformation in Sudetenland German Party (SdP) in 1935. Afterwards, the thesis include the analysis of its election programme, the ways of campaigning and the election results in the parliamentary elections in 1935 (the voter turnout in municipal election in 1934 and 1938 is also mentioned). The internal party crisis belongs among other milestones of SdP that are dealt in this thesis just as Carlsbad Programme (with the demands against Czechoslovakia), the dissolving of SdP and the changeover of former members to German National Socialist Labour Party (NSDAP) in 1938.

Comparing the Social Democratic Party of Croatia with the Socialist Party of Serbia and positioning them within the social-democratic framework in the years 2000-2016

This thesis is a comparative case study of two successor communist parties of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, Social democratic party of Croatia (Socijaldemokratska partija Hrvatske - SDP) and Socialist party of Serbia (Socijalistička partija Srbije - SPS) between years 2000 and 2016. In the beginning we define ideal types of social democracy that are: old left, new left and third way. While the old left is based mainly on keynesian approaches to economy, new left is focused mainly on post-materialistic values such as environmentalism, gender equality, pacifism etc. Third way is an attempt of synthesis of former two types with neoliberal economic approach. First part of the analysis is a short introduction to historical contexts in the analysed period. Then we analyse program documents, speeches and interviews of leaders of both parties, so we can classify them according to above mentioned types of social democracy. In the end we analyse the practically applied politics in periods when the parties were taking part on the national governments. Finally we summarize the results of the thesis as follows: In the beginning of the analysed period SPS can be classified as mostly old left both in economical and post-materialistic views. Control Procedure Analysis in EPS-IMS Networks

The master thesis is focused on control procedures in EPS-IMS networks. Firstly the thesis describes systems IMS and EPS. The second part of thesis includes the theory of control procedures in EPS such as cell acquisition, random access procedure, identification of subscriber, authentication of subscriber, security procedures, tracking area procedure, default bearer creation, implementation of CSFB procedure and detach procedure. Processes related to subsystem IMS such as registration to IMS, bearer creation for IMS signalling and voice service VoLTE are the next part of thesis. The next main topic is the VoLTE implementation problematic and VoLTE cooperation with diverse terminals. There is also explained the principle of Circuit Switched Fallback for realization voice services in EPS without VoLTE service. All procedures mentioned above except of procedures which are related to IMS were captured and analyzed using software Wireshark and QualiPoc. The final part of the thesis is lab task creation based of the analyzed messages.
