Title: Strategic project plan of Letní tábor & Honzík Objective: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create quality and realistic strategic plan of the project Letní tábor & Honzík. The strategic plan will be compared with reality at the end of the project. Methods: The diploma thesis deals with marketing situational analysis. Key factors and strategic starting points are determined from SWOT analysis. The results are implemented into the BSC method, which serves to accomplish and implement the chosen strategy. The diploma thesis works with a strategic map that enables understanding of the relations between the individual strategic objectives. This thesis also uses the method of text analysis, documents and monitoring, especially for the area of social networks. Results: The strategic plan of the summer camp project was created based on the SWOT analysis and the determination of the company's strategic goals using the BSC method. Achieving the project's profitability and satisfied customers is essential to ensure the project's existence in future years. Both of these objectives were achieved. Preparing and running multinational collaborative projects

This work focuses on specifics of a project in an international or intercultural team. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate experience of participants with working in international or intercultural team and to propose a method to create such team. In theoretical part we will describe existing forms of cooperation, theory of intercultural communication and the basis of preparation and implementation of a project, including the theory of management of a project team. Practical part consists of a questionnary created for the research, gathered data via this questionnaire and a guideline for creating an international/intercultural team. Sources will be literature and other bibliography related to particular chapters of our work.

The analysis concerns about the current situation of the project management and searches for the mistakes which are occuring. Next analysis researchs personality composition of business teams. The proposal part provides solutionsfor the mistakes elimination in order to achieve more efficient progress of procurements.The final part evaluates benefits for the company.

Assessment of subsidy applications

This Bachelor thesis entitled Assessment of subsidy applications is divided into four main parts. In the theoretical part from the bibliographical and other resources are discussed.
The practical part deals with the process of the selected agency, which decides upon funding or not-funding the project. The process is described from the announcement of public tender through the formal check until the evaluation of a project proposal by experts. In the evaluation part, the existing activities of the selected agency, which provides the grants for research, development and innovation, are assessed. Also, the most common reasons upon which the decision not to fund the project is being made, are noted.
In the final part are the activities of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and its contribution in the area of research, development and innovation support are described.

Project of the new business activities in the company Lipan A.EURO, a.s

An aim of this work is to create a project of new business activities for a company Lipan A. Euro, a.s., that functions in sphere of car sale and car repair servise. The work solves present problem of company, which can not use own capacity wholly and searches some possibilities in additional servise. The project takes into account the customers actual required trends. The project is described from working point of view and technical aspect as well, including the possibilities of a way of their implementation. Next to the projects is made a calculation of financial costs and it is processed a financial plan of return on new projects.

My project put mind to complete web sites concept. Content of project consist in first analyse of all functions, webdesign concept and technical implementation through the use of web programming languages, too. Another part of project is description of the first web initialization, elimination of mistakes, follow-up administration and updating programmed code or text.

Management of Building Order by the Submitter

The thesis deals with the topic of building orders are how they are managed by contracting authority or client. It presents building order as a project, and describes the way in which this project is organized, prepared and implemented. It also highlights all the factors that have impact on how building orders are managed. And since the most important of these factors is construction costs, the thesis provides an analysis of one particular building order from this perspective, listing all the things that are involved in the construction costs and pointing out in what way. The accuracy of the expected costs is then compared with construction engineering price indicators.

Management of Development Projects

The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.

Business Project

The subject of the thesis is the „Solnice Tourist Centre“ project. This project involves the reconstruction of 2 historical buildings in the center of Znojmo. This centre is on the national heritage register. The project aims to build a three star pension with a 51 bed capacity and offer value added services to tourists to the area. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the purpose and realization of this project on the basis of economical and financial indicators. Some key points to be looked at are: best option chosen, were financial requirements correctly defined, risks involved and future of the investment. This thesis will also be used as basis for documentation to claim a SROP grant.
