Task of the thesis is to develop a literature search on the topic: „Necessity of quality management“. The paper defines the concept of quality and quality control. These are basic concepts for this extensive and still very dynamically developing field. I tried to create objektive look on these questions and in the end think about necessity or uselessness of quality management systems.

The diploma thesis deals with usage of statistical methods to assure capability of production process. The theoretical part includes the definition of quality management, basic statistical concepts and statistical process control. The practical part presents basic information about the company P & L, spol. s r. o. and analyzes the production process of selected parts. The tools of statistical process control are applied and measures to assure capability of production process are proposed.

Using of FMEA method for prevention of errors in the industrial enterprise

The subject of this thesis is using of FMEA method and risk assessment in the production process in Eurokov s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part are discussed the detail different types of FMEA and their applications. The practical part is focused on analyze the situation of poor quality for a specific product from Eurokov s.r.o. company. Data is used for application of FMEA form and to specification of precautionary measures for reduction poor quality in the production process.

For this purpose were selected particular data and subjects from book notations and documents. Since quality management is a dynamic process, which is concerned with wide range of problems, it is due to development of new technologies and knowledge innovated continuously. Even in this moment, when you are reading following chapters, there are new circumstances all around the word, with which this discipline will have to deal with.

The purpose of the Thesis is to acquaint reader with Safety management system in the aviation. In the beggining Thesis describes the begining of safety management, why was the system created and how it developed in the past. The main part of the Thesis is focused on identification of software tools for easier implementation of Safety management system in the training organizations. Another part of the Thesis is focused on aplication of selected software tools on small training organization (ATO) with complex disposition.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of identification and measurement of quality costs in Adient Czech Republic k. s. company. The theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics are defined in the theoretical part. These theoretical findings are applied into environment of a chosen company and evaluated in the practical part. The recommendations which will reduce costs in the area of product quality and contribute to greater efficiency of company quality management are suggested in the conclusion of the thesis.
