This  beachelor's  thesis is engaged in presentation of implementation of multimedia centre for GNU/Linux.  The thesis begins  with preambule summarized  existing  applications, operating systems, programming languages and current hardware. Another part analyses  results of questionnare on the theme household multimedia. In the second part there is full presentation of kernel of the system, scheme of modules, vignette of operating system and short summary of testing procedure beeing in procedure of program creation. A brief summary judges  results of the work and proposal of the next system development.
Application for PDA for multimedia stream presentation and processing

This thesis deals with creating application for PDA for multimedia stream presentation and processing. Introduction of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical explanation of terms such as PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and Windows Mobile 6.0. Readers will be acquainted with the technology of .NET Framework and also with its version for mobile equipment .NET Compact Framework. Advantages as well as disadvantages of .NET technology are dealt with in this section together with the same phenomena of C# programming language, which is the basic language used for running our application. Next chapters of the thesis deal with my own design of multimedia application, especially from the point of view of classes. For better orientation and understanding UML diagram is used. UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a graphic language intended for visualization and documentation of programming systems. Except of general description of the classes there is also a detailed explanation of individual attributes and application methods. Their function and purpose are explained here as well. In the next part of the thesis attention is paid to the network communication of the application, both in terms of individual multimedia files transmission and stream transmission. Principles of connection and disconnection between client and server are analyzed in this part. Client’ s part of the application is designed for the mobile equipment with Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 operation system and server’s part of application is designed for computers, where Microsoft Windows XP operation system is installed. A concise manual for operating both the applications is included. This part also describes some exceptions which may occur in case of problems with connection. Last chapters describe synchronization of mobile equipment or emulator with a desktop computer and provide the reader with the summary of supported audio formats in multimedia application. All achieved results are summarized in the concluding part of the thesis.
Comparison of Multimedia Frameworks

The aim of this work is to create a comparison of the most famous multimedia frameworks according to supported platforms, formats and usage. To familiarize with a multimedia frameworks and their libraries for work with multimedia. Concretely with Video for Windows, DirectShow, Media Foundation, FFmpeg, GStreamer, xine and QuickTime. Describe in detail, how separate technologies work including their architectures. Building web tutorial, where will apply theoretical knowledge during creating players.

This thesis deals with design and implementation application, that should be equivalent to several eletronic devices such as DVD player or videotape recorder. Computer used for this purpose is often branded as Home Theater Personal Computer (HTPC). This thesis studies available multimedia libraries and software in operating system Linux, that is used to create designed application. It shows some similar existing application to create HTPC either commercial or opensource.

The content of this thesis is to describe process of developing computer game and presentation of Unity3D game engine. Acquisition of knowledge is used to create simple application for PC. The first chapter of this thesis deals with describing proces sof komputer games developing, Unity3D game egnine and its Integrated Development Enviroment, known as Unity Editor is described in the sekond charter with other programs, uset to creating sample application. Last chapter deals with describing creation of application via using techniques and software, which are described in first two chapters.
Evaluation of the Success of selected game skills in mens Volleyball extraleague

Title: Evaluation of the Success of selected game skills in mens Volleyball extraleague Keywords: volleyball, serve, pass, success, player, team Objectives: The primary goal of this bachelor's thesis, was to comparison of two types of serves, namely jump float and jump spin serves and in addition, comparison of its passes. The secondary objective was the analysis of these two serves and reception of the ball which were assessted based on a scale of serve and a pass. Methods: To construct the analysis, data was collected and imputed to table using strokes. The data was obteined by closely monitoring games from match recordings. Furthermore, in order to analyse the data correctly, the game had to be split into individual sections of serves, passes and subsequent sets. The last method that was used in this work was the evaluatin scale, both for serves and passes. Results: The results were noted for clarity in graphs and tables, where they were commented.
Origin and development of women's ice hockey

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a summary of women's ice hockey from history to the present in the world and in our country. The main goal is therefore an overall analysis of the development of this sport, how women's hockey was created and developed, when it experienced the greatest boom and when, on the contrary, it declined. The secondary goal is to outline the development of the rules and summarize the current situation of women's hockey. In the beginning of the thesis, a brief description of this sport is given and the origin of hockey is described. Furthermore, the most famous women's hockey names are mentioned here, and at the end of the work, the differences between the rules of women's and men's ice hockey are defined. History of women's football in the Czech lands

This bachelor thesis deals with the history of women's football in the Czech lands. The thesis is divided chronologically from the very beginnings of football as a collective sport and traces the involvement of women in the game. It defines the first sporting activities of women in society and their official educational physical education process in Europe. Provides the earliest references to women's football in Great Britain and Bohemia. Describes the most important things that have happened in women's football in the Czech territory, in a chronological sequence from the founding of the first women's team, the structure of the first regular competitions to the current structure of women's football in the Czech Republic. The most famous teams are mapped and the most important personalities of women's football in the Czech Republic and the world are described. It describes the development of the Czechoslovak women's national football team from its first official match to its isolation under the Czech flag. The chapters are enriched with contemporary interviews and public reactions from available theses, periodicals, books and websites. The bachelor thesis deals with the phenomenon of tabletop RPGs. In the form of qualitative research, it explores topics identified in participatory observations and interviews with players. These topics include atmosphere, imagination, relationships between players and game characters and their mutual influence. Next, memories and experiences mentioned by respondents in relation to playing RPGs are discussed.
Comparison of the Origin and Course of Gambling Addiction in Video Lottery Terminal Players and Betters

The diploma thesis focuses on the comparison of the origin and course of gambling addiction in video lottery terminal players and bettors. The theoretical part focuses on pathological gambling, types of gambling and the distribution of bettors and players of video lottery terminals, for which sociodemographic data, origin and course are described. The next chapters specify the concepts of treatment, relapse, recurrence, prevention and self-limiting measures. Then, the gambling games that predominate abroad and their preventive measures are compared. In the practical part, attention is paid to the methodology used, results, discussion and conclusion. The aim of the thesis is to describe and compare the origin and course of player dependence between video lottery terminal players and bettors. Following the aim of the thesis, two research questions have been chosen. The first question is, what is the course and origin of gambling addiction among video lottery terminal players? The second question is, what is the course and origin of gamblers' addiction? A qualitative research strategy is used to fulfil the goal. The method is a form of questioning with the technique of semi-structured interview and secondary data analysis. The set of informants consists of 12 players using a purposeful selection in the Prevent 99 Non-Substance Addiction Counselling Centre. It has been found that video lottery terminal players and bettors have similar characteristics of the course of gaming, but a different onset of gambling addiction. The reason may be online gaming. For common characters, there is a reason to replay. Different aspects can be seen in the origin, frequency or length of the overall game. In practice, it may be useful to know these details about groups of players and to work with them accordingly. The diploma thesis will be used for professionals who work or want to work with this target group and also for students.
