This bachelor thesis is focused on an evaluation of the financial situation of TECHNOS, a. s., company in years 2018 - 2022 and improvement proposals based on the results of the analysis. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and it introduces the concepts and methods of the financial analysis. The second part is practical and it applies the introduced methods and analyses the current state of the company. The third part is focused on overall results and it proposes improvements of the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of XTline, s.r.o. in the years 2018 to 2022 using financial analysis indicators. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background, which is then applied in the analytical part. The second part deals with a detailed analysis of the current state of the company. The obtained results are then compared with a suitable competitor from the same business sector. The third part is used to make suggestions for improving the financial situation based on the results obtained in the analytical part.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the financial situation of the company LAPP Kabel Czech Republic, s. r. o. for the period 2018 to 2022 and derives proposals for improving its financial situation. The thesis is devided into four main parts. The first part defines the objectives and methodologies for the elaboration of this thesis. The second part focuses on the theoretical foundations, in which basic concepts are thorougly described and selected indicators are defined. The third part is practical, in which theoretically described concepts and defined indicators are used to compile a financial analysis of the company. The fourth and final part is dedicated to proposals for improving the company´s financial situation.

In the practical part, basic information about the company is presented, the strategic analysis of the company's environment is performed and the calculations of individual indicators of financial analysis are evaluated. The third part consists of proposals of measures that could improve the current state of the analyzed company.

At the end of the thesis, proposals leading to improvement of the current situation of the company are given.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial performance of the SAPELI corporation using the benchmarking approach. First part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge and concepts for a given issue. Second part includes the introduction of SAPELI corp. and its rivals. The benchmarking itself and the SWOT analysis are also implemented here. The last part of the thesis includes summary of gathered information followed by suggestions and recommendations with aim to improve financial and business situation of the corporation.
