Family residence

The task given for this bachelor thesis „Family house” is to compile a project documentation according to the structural part of the decree no. 499/2006. This house, disegned for a family of five (2 parents and 3 children) is located in the village Křenovice, an area of consistent family house development. Object consists of one underground and two aboveground strories of this disposition: - basement (1.PP) technical and storage rooms - ground floor (1.NP) main entrance with vestibule, hallway with the stair space, bathroom, study room, kitchen, living room with an acces to terrace, self-standing garage - first floor (2.NP) rooms for relaxation and bedrooms of both parents witch bathroom, children rooms, batrhroom, and cloakroom Load-bearing wall construction will consist from sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix in composition with a ventilated space. Non-bearing constructions will be made sand-lime blocks KMB Sendwix. Ceiling structure is in construction of the ceramic systém. The roofing is done using shed roof with a slope 22° and green roof.
Apartment building

This bachelor's thesis designs a new building an apartment building in town Jihlava. Building plot is located in calm part called Horní Kosov at western part of town. Designed objekt is free standing a includes one partial basemant and four upper floors. In upper floors are located 14 housing units and in the underground part are located cellar cubicles, boiler room, air conditioning engine room and cleaning room. In ground floor i salso room for bike shed/carriage house. Building has irregular floor plan and in the highest ground are located terraces. Object lays on foundataions of reinforced concrete. Vertical peripheral support system of underground floor is made from monolithic reinforced concrete and inside vertical support system is from concrete blocks. In floors above ground is vertical peripheral support system made from thermal insulation aerated concrete blocks and inside vertical support system is from lime sand blocks. Horizontal bearing constructions are made from monolithic reinforced concrete. At some places are also dies from reinforced concrete. Roof constructions of building object are flat single skin roof with inverse composition.
The Commercial-Administrative Centre in Ostrava

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of a new building of a commercial-administrative center in Ostrava. The building has a partial basement, the maximum number of floors above the ground is 3. The building contains several categories of areas. The largest of them are office space and restaurant area. The total number of employees of the center is 73, including 63 administrative staff and 10 people serving the restaurant. The building also houses sanitary facilities, areas for rest, food preparation, meeting rooms, storage areas and filing cabinets, rooms for technical equipment. The building has a skeletal frame system made of monolithic concrete. Perimeter masonry and interior walls are made of Porotherm bricks. The building is covered with a general and vegetation flat roof. The facade of the building is ventilated, clad with titanium-zinc panels DEKCASSETTE and DEKLAMELLA IDEAL. The building is insulated with ETICS contact system, thermal insulation boards made of mineral felt. The diploma thesis is processed in the stage of project documentation for the construction.
Low-floor apartment house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of a low floor apartment house located in Zlín-Mladcová 555/3. It is a two-storey and partially basement building with a single-skin flat roof based on the base passages. A total of 6 housing units are designed. Three on the first floor with sizes 2x 2 + KK, 3 + KK and three on the second floor with sizes 2 + KK, 3 + KK, 4 + KK. On the first floor there are flats with barrier-free access and there is a stroller storage and a cleaning room. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments. There is also a drying room, a storage for house maintenance, a boiler room and a bike storage. The masonry of the building is designed from ceramic blocks Porotherm except of the perimeter basement masonry where lost formwork is used. The ceiling structure is made of MIAKO brick inserts and ceramic-concrete ceiling POT beams. The house is located on the outskirts of the city Zlín in a quiet area.

This master´s thesis elaborates a project documentation of sports rehabilitation center in Brno–Bystrc. The building object is four-storeyed and a partial basement. On the basement floor there is a pool with sauna, gym and fitness with support to assist for all activities offered. On the ground floor there is an entrance, reception for accommodation, restaurant and kitchen for the restaurant. The 2nd overground floors is determined by the rehabilitation clinic. On the grand and overground floor are designed sanitary appliances for the restaurant and patient surgeries. There are projected 9 apartments for weekend accommodation. Apartments allow access to the terrace. Foundations are made strip foundations. The building object is bricked and insulated with ventilated facades. Load bearing structure of the roof create roof trusses.
Detached house in Sternberk

This is about new semidetached house in Šternberk. The object is intended for two four-member families. The object is designed as H-shaped. The house is designed with one upstair floor, living attic and is partly basement. Floor plan of the living part is roofed with saddle roof and ceramic roofing. The garage between the living parts of the object is roofed with flat roof. The perimeter walls is insulated with the Contact thermal insulation system. The bearing masonry is made from ceramic blocks, ceiling construction is made from ceramic-concrete beams and ceramic inserts.

Ground plan of this three-floored partly basement house is designed as broken shape. Roof of this building is designed as flat. This building is used as a company headquarters and a stock.
The family house with car repair workshop

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a family house with car repair workshop in Hostalkova near Vsetin. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 2133/1 in Hostalkova area. The infrastructure runs within a local road near the plot. The project is designed for one apartment to be build within the house, designed for four or five inhabitants. The car repair workshop, directly adjacent to the house, is designed to accomodate two 1a class vehicles. The house itself is two-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 9.9 metres by 14 metres while the workshop is a single-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 10.7 metres by 8 metres. The buildings are located on a slightly sloped terrain. The weight-bearing system of the building is designed in POROTHERM technology. The roof of the building is of gabled design while the roof of the workshop is of flat design. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of thermal insulation of sloped roofs.

The roof is sloped with a wooden load-bearing construction with dormer and walkable flat roof over the real estate agency. Structure is based on strip foundations.
