The graduation theses deal with contemporary legal regulations of the civil proceeding participants. A big attention was dedicated to particular definitions of the participants within contentious and non-contentious proceedings. The presumptions are being analysed of which a certain person can become the participant in proceedings and the presumptions of which the participant in proceedings is legitimated to act on his/her own behalf in the trial. Object of theses are also different kinds of representation of the participants, i.e. representation at law, representation at judicial decision or representation under the power of attorney. A relevant part of theses is characteristics of the principle of equality which is reflected in status of participants of the civil proceedings and is a part of the right of due process. A body of the fundamental procedural rights and duties of participants is being presented which constitute the content of procedural relations realized by this way. Abstrakt_anglicky _Diplomova_prace_Ptackova_Renata The diploma thesis "Pošta pro Tebe - reality TV and social motivation of participants" focus on the use of social television. It describes in detail the reality TV genre, its brief history of broadcasting, focusing on the motivational elements of the program participants Pošta pro Tebe. It investigates the impact and effect of media and mediated relationship to the contents of a reality. It analysis the audience base, explores reasons for visiting the TV studio spectators, why people looking for this TV show and why they watch it by questionnaires, interviews. It's looking for the credibility of the program and asking whether the audience would become program participants. Further, the work captures the audience ratings and popularity in each year of its broadcast. Finally, describes the creation of the show and behind the scenes. Czech National Award for Quality

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the Czech National Quality Award. It introduces the nature of the award and its influence on the organizations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.

Accounting of group of firms without identity

Consortium without legal identity is one of the possible ways of cooperation among natural persons and companies and is modified by law 40/1964 Sb., part VIII § 829 to 841, as amended by following Acts, editing the liability law. This work focuses on conducting of the accounting procedures of the consortium without legal identity and is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, which is mainly based on special literature, answers the questions of foundation and dissolution of the consortium without legal identity, taxation, ways of conducting of the accounting procedures and tax evidence of the consortium without legal identity. The practical part applies the above mentioned points on specified consortiums ``A{\crq}q and ``B{\crq}q since the year 2007 till today. More closely this part focuses on differences of booking in consortium and splitting up the share among the participants. The last part of this bachelor{\crq}s work summarizes the results of the comparison of ways of conducting the accounting procedures throughout the years and adds the improvement suggestions.
